Terrible service! The girl working this Sunday was so rude and with a bad attitude since we walked through the door. My friend asked for swiss cheese and says we have never had that, and my friend kindly said well that’s strange I had it last time I came here. And she said “okay, bye girl” and refused to make her the sandwich, so we obviously left. I hope she understands if the business doesn’t sell she shortly won’t have a job 🙏🏻. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I was totally nice to this Spanish lady the way she serviced me was very disrespectful. I called her. I never disrespected her not one time I got my sandwich. Came home only three meatballs on the sandwich. I’ve gotten this sandwich. Plenty of time from other restaurants. I come here when I go there to that sandwich locationthe black girls that are there. They do an awesome job. the black girls that are there. They do a awesome job Sirvan every customer that comes in the building, this lady had a very nasty negative attitude.

This place is horrible horrible horrible I will never I said never come here again I will drive far to go to another subway this place is completely terrible cashier putting whatever they wanna charge you for and act like everything good then food is spoiled need to close down expeditiously!

Tuna was brown , salad was old. Asked for my money back but the cashier was illiterate and didn’t know how to do a refund. Got a tuna sandwich got the special of the day he mentioned the soda machine wasn’t working .. ok my drink comes with the combo why should I have to pay $.30 cent more for a bottled drink because your soda machine wasn’t working. That’s bad customer service! He didn’t want to refund , instead offered to make the sandwich over just for me to get ALL THE WAY home the bread was SO STALE & HARD! I live right next to the subway store and will drive past this one to go to another one. I will not visit this store ever in the future.

The tuna was brown, dry and old, the lettuce and spinach was old brown and the pan they were in had freezer burn ice. I understand that it’s one worker but someone is gonna get sick and then it won’t be good. 3 people walked out while I was there. Me and my husband waited almost 30 minutes to be served. We didn’t leave because we’re not those type of people but please speak with staff because if we seen it, others seen it.
