Tuna was brown , salad was old. Asked for my money back but the cashier was illiterate and didn’t know how to do a refund. Got a tuna sandwich got the special of the day he mentioned the soda machine wasn’t working .. ok my drink comes with the combo why should I have to pay $.30 cent more for a bottled drink because your soda machine wasn’t working. That’s bad customer service! He didn’t want to refund , instead offered to make the sandwich over just for me to get ALL THE WAY home the bread was SO STALE & HARD! I live right next to the subway store and will drive past this one to go to another one. I will not visit this store ever in the future.

The tuna was brown, dry and old, the lettuce and spinach was old brown and the pan they were in had freezer burn ice. I understand that it’s one worker but someone is gonna get sick and then it won’t be good. 3 people walked out while I was there. Me and my husband waited almost 30 minutes to be served. We didn’t leave because we’re not those type of people but please speak with staff because if we seen it, others seen it.

this place is disgusting I went to the bathroom after purchasing my sandwich and chips and there was big cockroaches coming out the door where the employees door is down the hallway someone needs to check whats going on in the store I don’t feel comfortable eating anywhere associated with infects in the food area

While the employee was preparing the sandwich I told her that one layer of the meat was not fresh. She then blatantly said to me that “ I would not have put it on the sandwich if it was not fresh sir” so I said ok. As you can see the bologna is not fresh as it is showing dried out. So I’m highly disappointed that this employee would not even give me the Courtesy to change the meat. I won’t be buying from this location anymore.

The handsome new worker who wear his cap to the side and the sweet beautiful girl with her hair up I’m not sure but Im guessing she has on filas they’re both so hardworking the girl is so patient and kind and the young man made my disabled son so happy with their confrontation the other day he came home with the sandwich saying how much he liked his many dreads and wants to come again , He’s a great addition to this company and she’s a great asset as well give these two the most hours a raise something I love a positive attitude and great energy when walking into a establishment. 10/10 a must these two is the best employees and will get the job done under 5 minutes.
Kid-friendliness: My disabled son loves to interact with people and the new worker with the nice dreads who wear his cap to the side made him so comfortable we came home and he was so happy from that 2 minute confrontation
