The worst customer service ever. Very bad vibes since I open the door. It feels like they dont want to work there. I went at the morning and the two ladies there dont even said good morning, no smiles, not good attitude, very bad atmosphere.

very spacious subway, lots of open seating. the cashiers are nice and the food is good. but? all of our eyes were burning in there the entire time we were inside the subway and not a single person knows Why.....

i guess customer service is non-existent these days. this older black employee, who's most likely in her 40's was beyond rude with me. you'd think with age, wisdom would be a given attribute, but not in this lady's case! today, 6/20/23, i came into the store and from the get-go, this lady was beyond rude. she completely disregarded my requests and went about making my food her own way. i ordered a personal pizza and this lady (i wish i got her name, but she knows who she is) had the audacity to completely disregard my instructions and responded with, "i heard you." how did you hear me if you're doing the opposite of what i said! i wanted my meats on the pizza prior to it being baked, but she proceeded to dismiss my requests. like, why are you not listening to your customer??? as a customer, can i not request my food a certain way? i'm paying for it, aren't i? i find it mind-boggling how people do not own up to their faults and additionally, she had the nerve to use profanity. the ghetto! i can understand if you've made something a million times, but that doesn't mean i want it the same exact way its been made. do not have a face to face job being this nasty, being this rude! apart of your job is to have good customer service. and the other spanish lady who i assume was the manager or lead on shift was no better. she was on a personal call while working. keep in mind, it was also on speaker! so, we could hear everything. how professional!!!! and if she is the manager, she seems to condone the this disgusting behavior displayed, as she didn't apologize on her behalf or hold her accountable! do not, i repeat, do not come to this store, with workers who barely provides the bare minimum! if you're unhappy with your job, please seek new employment instead of taking it out on customers. this lady is truly hurting this business!

Subway has more franchises than any other restaurant in the world. Over the past 20 years, I must have been to at least 100 of them. Today was my first bad experience. Natasha, the manager, didn’t know how to price a simple egg and cheese foot-long. She had to record it as a veggie patty and then add two dollars because it was no longer breakfast. When I asked why she became rude and hostile. The good news is there are half a dozen Subways within less than a mile of this location. Stay away from this one!

Young lady in the back is yelling and fighting with a poor older woman making sandwiches because the sandwich maker asked her for help because there's a long line.It's my first time here. I don't think I'm ever coming back . I hope someone sees this and praises the older woman for being so professional through it all.

Food usually is good but was disappointed to see it closed on a Monday night at 11pm and the sign on the door said they close at1am.
