I am deeply sorry that after all the time I have eaten food at this location, this is the day I have to post this review. I am from around the area and I always get food on the way, I always have understanding when there is not enough employees and that sometimes it gets hectic for them. Today unfortunately I witnessed something that is unacceptable in every way in the hospitality industry especially when I do the same kind of work. Upon my entrance I saw this latina lady washing and scrubbing the metal pans in the back. I didn’t waited long time but I could notice that she was busy and I gave her time. What struck me the most is the fact that when she decided to assist me she didn’t even washed the soap or bleach or detergent out of her hands, she just put the gloves on and started making my sandwich. Out of respect and the fact that I know her English is bad and my Spanish is also bad, I let her finish the sandwich up and in hopes that no Bleach or detergent will touch the ingredients in the process. With that image in my head I could only imagine what the online orders go through daily, so I have one wish for Subway. PLEASE EITHER PROVIDE THE CORRECT HOSPITALITY GUIDELINES TO YOUR EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYE MORE PEOPLE SO SITUATIONS LIKE THIS WONT EVER HAPPEN ESPECIALLY IN A BIG CORPORATION LIKE SUBWAY. UNACCEPTABLE IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, AND I HOPE PEOPLE WILL SEE MY POST SO THEY CAN AVOID ORDERING ONLINE FROM HERE. I am not someone who goes on google and put pointless reviews, but I still can’t believe my eyes. Imagine how can someone not care that much and continues working with food while their hands are fully soaped with detergent. I’ll include the photo of the receipt in hopes that the management of this location can have and idea of the time and date this situation happened and explain their employees what I couldn’t. Not disappointed that much that I paid 13$, but the fact that I have to throw away food that some people can’t even afford.

This place is the worst and horrible place for sandwiches. They don't know the difference between black pepper and olives. If you ordered online forget to have a sandwich. You will get bread with nothing.

I was there today and it was a young girl very Rude and the worse I ever see in customer service , if this girl is doing that before she service you image how the sandwich is going to be !! For a area like that to have people that rude it can make people run from that place , one guy walked out when he saw the way she did and I just had to walked out too cause it was bad !!!

I told her that she would heat the sandwich with the cheese so that it would melt, and when I went to eat it it was all cold, I told her and the woman told me that I am sure it is cold, I don't know if she has temporary amnesia or suffers from chronic deafness
