Selena was working drive thru on 01/24 at 11:07 pm and we picked up an Uber eats order. Manager on shift did not want to provide her name. Super rude and disrespectful and no type of patience for the customers who’s coming to purchase food at this location. The smell in the store was also very disgusting and nobody had gloves on. The order took about 25 minutes to be completed. I’m a resident in NMB and this has to be the worst location of Taco Bell in our city. Working drive thru you have to have patience and be professional no matter what time it is. Please stop hiring high school kids because they are making your timer and business look super bad, if so please train them correctly and teach them how to treat your customers. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, just drive down the street to 6 ave you’ll definitely receive better service and hot fresh food. The excuse the manager on duty used is there’s only women working the shift when that was irrelevant because that has nothing to do with the service and customer service being provided 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

I recently had an experience with a employee named David in which he said he was the manager at the end of my experience however I had ordered a pintos and cheese and then I ordered a double stacked Taco came to $4.69 mind you I did that on the kiosk so when I went to the counter and paid the gentleman named David had a pouty look on his face and look like he didn't want to be there and snatched the money out of my hand first of all more or less he snapped his fingers in a flamboyant style and said honey baby I'm okay don't worry I'm good all this is good and a few seconds later I overheard him talking with the young lady that was working drive-thru say something about me saying I don't a f word what this bee is saying this is totally ridiculous he was cooking the food making the food the matter of fact can I have my money back he said I can't give you your money back I said I want my money back and then all the sudden he was able to give me my money back after I said I'm going to call corporate this is very inappropriate this is my local Taco Bell and this isn't the first time that I've had a problem with my food but they fix thathowever the gentleman named David who I'm speaking about was very unprofessional and if he is the manager I guess he needs some experience on being a manager I need a job and I can tell you one thing I would not be a manager like that first of all calling corporate tomorrow

THIS PLACE IS LIKE A TRASH CAN INCLUDE THE SERVICE .. the staff act with guest very rude ( they do not care about nothing ) after long time waiting also rude reception i asked for the restroom and i almost die .. the place is looks like never being cleaned. SEE THE PICTURES

My food always has old dried taco meat out the outside. Clearly reused dirty shells that were broken before they made my order. Im sick of paying for old food
Marvin was marvelous . He was very courteous and gave great customer service . The food was hot, fresh and tasted great. I definitely would be back again.
Yesterday after work we went to Taco Bell. We chose what we wanted, the food was prepared very quickly. Similar to shawarma was slightly peppered with cheese and beef, tacos and chips with holopenye yogurt and meat with beans. The price is very good for two came out to about $ 20. One thing, almost all the tables were in crumbs, a little greasy, the toilet was closed I wanted to wash my hands.

Now I know why these stores only average a 2 or 3. Rest. was empty when I walked in at 2:48 PM. No workers in site. After waiting to see if anyone would show, I called out "anyone home?". ORDERED: Steak Burrito Supreme $5.59. Small soda $1.99. Quite small but tasty. Served 99% cold. You take warm steak and add COLD ingredients and what do you get? COLD FOOD. A little time in a microwave would have turned this meal around. When driving around, I never see a busy Taco Bell. Too Bad.
