Best Taco Bell in north Miami. The drive thru is quick and service is A++ especially when Vlad is working, he’s super friendly, and takes the time to explain new menu options without making you feel like an inconvenience. People like him make this location special.

The manager at this Taco Bell is absolutely rude and disgusting. We went through the drive thru to pick up our order and he was rushing giving us our food (even though there was no one else in the line). I had to go inside because he forgot our chips and cheese and he got an attitude with us over it saying that we didn’t put it in but when I showed him I did he just shrugged it off and said “they’re making now it’s no biggie”. He obviously was having a bad day but that doesn’t give you the right to take it out on others especially paying costumers. If you hate your job that much just quit! Never coming back to this location again if I can help it.

This young man has no respect for customers, he disrespected me and I had to go into the store to put him in his place and take a picture because he was covering his head with his cap. Next time he won't be so lucky with another customer. He should be careful because this is Miami and if you don't have manners, they'll shut you up! So you, manager, please be more careful because this employee doesn't know how to treat people; he treats customers like they're animals. Good evening.

From drive through, I ordered four crunchy tacos: two supreme, two regular. When I opened the bag at home, all four wrappings contained regular crunchy tacos. Despite two of the wrappings clearly stated 'Supreme taco'... inside there were regular tacos. Two bucks difference is not worth doing this. Must be a mistake, however How could someone do this by mistake? Careless, or in a hurry maybe... but, at the end, I paid for two supreme tacos and got regular tacos instead. So, be careful with this drive thru...

This is horrible I don’t NOT RECOMMEND this Taco Bell location there food I guess it was expired I woke up me and my current boyfriend throwing up the food it was HORRIBLE the employees should really look at the expiration date of the foods come here if you want to wake up the next day throwing up

At this location, a woman treated me extremely poorly at the window. I just wanted something to eat. She was furious about the line of vehicles she had to serve. She was also very rude to the other vehicles in line, almost throwing food away. That's not acceptable.
