We entered the place at 10:30 pm, there was no one at the reception, we waited for someone to serve us and take us to the table, a girl reluctantly took us to the table with the menus. We spent 15 minutes waiting for someone to serve us and no one showed up, there was no one at the bar either... there were people dining and waiting but there was no one serving at the bar or at the tables. We ended up leaving and when we were at the door the same girl who had taken us to the table appeared only to pick up the menus and throw them again at the reception. Bad attention and mistreatment.

My family and I recently dined at TGI Fridays and was disappointed by the lack of hospitality. Upon arrival, the hostess did not greet us, which set a negative tone for the evening. While the waitress was not rude, she was far from welcoming, offering minimal interaction and seeming disinterested in providing a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it was an underwhelming visit, and I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

From the moment we walked into TGI Friday’s on Biscayne in North Miami, we were met with exceptional service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We came with our daughter, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate her, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The drinks were absolutely flawless, and the food? Incredible! We started with the Whiskey Sampler, which was the perfect appetizer, and for our entrées, we were blown away. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone delicious, perfectly tender and flavorful. I had the Cajun Pasta, and let me tell you—it felt like a homemade dish, packed with flavor and just the right amount of juiciness. Our party also ordered the 3 for 3, and the mac and cheese was out of this world!
Tiffany, our server, was amazing—so kind and attentive, making sure we had the best experience. Even the manager stopped by to greet us with kind words, which really showed how much they care about their guests.
We had such a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this location for great food, great drinks, and top-tier service!
