Me and my buddy went there after the gym , there was wonderful live DJ and the whole entire restaurant was the nicest way to say it was a mess. I had to move trash out of the way to sit at the bar. There was no bar tender. After using the restroom with the state it was in, I decided I wasn’t sure if I wanted to eat at this establishment. As me and my buddy were walking out the door, the DJ started singing “get to the door it’s time to go, hit the road get to the door.” Anyway we thought it was hilarious but yeah that was a bit racist. But ima give it to you guys it was funny lol.

it was so dead, not only that when i came in there it had a weird smell and kept me coughing a lot, and also i want to mention my waitress was high or intoxicated i can tell by the way she was acting and how her eyes look, and my food took over 40 mins which isn’t a big deal (IF IT WAS BUSY) but guys when i tell you it was so dead, at least 8-12 people were there tops. i’m not trying to be rude but i feel like this establishment can do so much better. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I love Fridays and there are not enough of them. They are always a long distance away wherever I’ve lived. The breadsticks are the best and the ribs just fall off the bone.I love Fridays. The one on Biscayne in Miami/Aventura has the best servers too.I recommend everyone try it. And Fridays.. Build some more

Not coming back. I gave my daughter money for her and her sister and the server pressured the to tip! Absolutely disgusting! I told her before she went in not too because we need the money. The server was black and wore lashes. She kept pressuring them, when they’re literally children. And if you don’t like your job find another one! Don’t come there pressuring people to tip, because you can’t afford!
Ordered online. Kids meal was a joke, like 5 fries and the Mac cheese looked like leftovers. Never again will be ordering from there. Expensive and it doesn’t worth it.

Although the customer service was satisfactory, the food quality was not up to standard. Specifically, the Friday's Signature Sampler ordered by my companion was unsatisfactory, with overcooked and flavorless ribs, and bland shrimp, necessitating a remake. My steak, while seasoned, also lacked flavor. Furthermore, the restaurant's interior requires attention; the entrance to the dining area had water on the floor, potentially due to a leaking sink, and the menus were worn and in need of replacement.

I used to come to Fridays when I was a kid and everything was great. I grew up and still came to Fridays and it was still great Today I came back to Fridays and I learned that the service was horrible. The food didn’t even come out on time I ordered mozzarella sticks, which only takes about 12 minutes to cook and that didn’t even come out when I requested it as my first appetizer over 45 minutes have passed and I didn’t get any of my food. I didn’t get any of my service my drinks I had to ask for my water I had to ask for some service. It was really bad. My family night was ruined and I would never come back to Fridays again at the end of the day the manager offered the free food, but the damage was already done. I didn’t even take the food. I left it there. I couldn’t. My wife was angered. My kids left home hungry we had to stop and get some fast food instead. I’ll never go back to Fridays not even if it was free. That’s why they shut down so many stores they lost Their direction and love for customer service and family outing
