The manager at the north Miami and Biscayne blvd location is wonderful. There was an issue with Uber eats and they helped me out and fixed the issue with a smile. The whole team is great !

Several red flags from the time we entered the store to time we left.

First, we were completely ignored and paid zero attention to, although, no other customer was in the store. After several minutes of being ignored, the cashier had a headphone in her ear and seemed disinterested in taking the order, hence, being ignored. She was extremely rude upon us taking our order and acted like we shouldn't have been ordering.

Second, after receiving our smoothies, one of the two smoothies was incorrect. A beach bum DOES NOT have peanut butter but apparently, at this location it does. What if one of us had a peanut allergy but the smoothie incorrectly had peanut butter added to it as we drank it? The implications are worth much more than the cost of smoothie, possibly life-threatening.

Utterly disappointed with our experience at Tropical Smoothie. Nothing but disrespect from start to finish.

Not only are the food and the smoothies great, but the customer service is phenomenal! The place is always kept clean and so inviting. That’s my go to place to get breakfast majority of the time. Lol. Thank you for the great service!

I ordered my food and it was cold but still tasted great. A lady charged me for an empty cup. She had an attitude and was rude. The other employees were okay though.

I went to this store at 8:50 pm and they said they closed at 9 so the only thing available on the menu was the smoothies, so we left because is so ridiculous and the girl at the clerk started laughing at us.

Service was quick, delicious meal each time, and cleanliness is good. I would recommend this location, very convenient and delicious!

Today Johnny and Sidney made me a CHICKEN BACON RANCH and a PEANUT BUTTER CUP smoothie and it was delicious. He’s the reason why I’ve come to this location 3 days in a row. I totally recommend this Tropical Smoothie Cafe at this location. I recommend ordering from the app in advance.

The girls are very rude there’s a tall one with glasses that got mad because I came at 8:30 tried to refuse to take my order and is jus rudely entitled I came from work I would of came earlier but yall need new employees those girls are rude and then poured the rest of my smoothie in a small cup and shared it they even drunk some of it before I even left !

By far the worst location they have down here. Prepared to not be greeted once you walk in. The wait will be half hour or longer. They will run out of stuff. Just a whole mess. If you have nothing to do then have at it.
