I’ve wait for over 45 mins for a smoothie and food. I’ve given this place many chances. I’ve ordered online and will waiting over 30 mins. They need more help here or more blenders. I can go to smoothie king and be out in 5 mins. Please do better guys. It’s a very busy location to not have enough staff. I’ve seen potential customers leaving. So much for my lunch break. Wasted it waiting. Had to ask for a refund cause I couldn’t wait anymore.

this is the BEST tropical smoothie i’ve ever been too. all the people there are extremely kind and such genuine people. the manager was absolutely incredible and deserves to be in the highest position. they make the smoothies bomb af as well?
First time I was at this store. The employees were very friendly and well trained. The store was very clean. I ordered a smoothie bowl. The ingredients were very fresh and healthy. Lots of fruit and yogurt. They don't add lots of sugar like other places do.

I was excited when I saw that they added açaí bowls to their menu. While there were not a lot of açaí bowl choices on the menu( just one really), I was told I could add on! So I got the standard bowl and added mangos. I was surprised when I got my bowl and it was small for $10+ I expected a bigger bowl. In addition there were no mangos, which I had paid extra for. Very disappointing. I will say the bowl itself was tasty , my complaint is that it wasn't my correct order. The store was not busy and the girl at the register and the one who brought me my food were very nice, but ultimately the order was wrong so I can't give more stars. The place was clean and decorated nicely. No complaints there. I would return but maybe not for açaí!
I'm honestly surprised at how this place is still open, I don't usually leave low reviews unless it's something serious but this is a cause for concern. Soon as I walked in I noticed how unsanitary and unkept the cafe was. However, I'm not one to judge so I looked past it (this was my first mistake) The prices were pretty high but I still gave them a fair chance but to my disappointment the drinks were far from enjoyable, extremely powdery, I thought I came in for a refreshing drink but it felt like a sand castle making class with the occasional fruit flies to keep you company. If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced smoothie place with great drinks, I'd recommend exploring other options. This visit left a sour taste in my mouth, (literally) and I won't be returning anytime soon.

Out of all the Tropical Smoothie Cafes in South Florida this it’s definitely my favorite one. The manager JP it’s always super welcoming with all the guest and has gone above and beyond in multiple occasions to provide the best experience.
