it’s good
I normally don’t write reviews but after several visits to this location I feel like I have to.
Unfortunately my orders here have been wrong multiple times on different days.
On one visit I ordered a Kids Meal but the toy was missing.
That same day I also ordered 6 nuggets separately but I only received 4.
On another visit I ordered a burger and a Caesar salad but the salad was never made.
On a different day I ordered two burgers but I only received one.
Mistakes can happen anywhere but when it keeps happening on multiple visits it really feels like orders are not being checked before they are handed to customers.
I like Wendy’s in general but this location really needs to improve order accuracy and quality control.
Very disappointing experience overall. I hope management at this location looks into this.

All of my food was very very fresh especially my fries they were perfect!!! My burger was also very fresh and very hot and very very very DELICIOUS 😋😋 my husband also enjoyed his meal very very very much as well😋 LoL 🤣 I would even get started about my little one and the love connection to the nuggets and barbecue sauce absolute favorite meal with the organic apple juice box🧃 the toy is no longer the main attraction anymore it's the apple juice box now LOL 🤣 My entire family really really enjoyed our meals and appreciate the good customer service we received while ordering and receiving our orders of food 🍽️

Place looks upscale inside. New furniture and nice looking chairs. Service is ok. Food, well, i have tried other Wendy’s and I don’t like the food too much compared to McDonalds. Breakfast is good though.
Also, my FPL Evolution charger is here, so that makes it a 5 stars for me. Lol.

12:00am First off it tookthe employee to acknowledge, and I had to repeat myself 3x. Secondly my order was a old cooked in old grease. My fries were hard like they were over cooked old grease. I guess you eat what you pay for, y the time I got him it was too late. I have pictures but I ate half of the fries because the rest was hard as concrete.

Absolutely atrocious. My first 3 minutes I got there to the window and no one answered. And then when I did they told me to back up I backed up. Then another worker yelled at me to pull forward. Then they finally gave me the food about 10 minutes later. Then proceeded to give me the wrong stuff. How do you work at in a fast food restaurant your only job is to get the food corrected and fast and fail in both. Still ate it!

⭐️ 1 Star - 0 of possible!
I have visited and reviewed hundreds of establishments, but the Wendy’s at 25 NE 167th St, Miami, FL has set a new low in customer service and professionalism. On September 15, 2025 at 4:50 PM, I went inside to place what should have been the simplest of orders: a cheeseburger and a large drink.
There was no line inside, no backup in the drive-thru — yet I stood at the counter completely ignored for 10 minutes. Only after an employee came back from break did someone acknowledge me. She politely asked what I wanted, and I clearly stated my order. Instead of completing it, she told another worker in the back to handle it.
When that employee finally came forward, she asked if I “needed help,” even though she had just been told exactly what I ordered. When I reminded her, she rolled her eyes and motioned impatiently for me to hurry up. I repeated my order again, trying to remain calm and respectful.
But then came the moment that sealed this location’s reputation in my mind forever: as she walked away, she muttered loud enough for me to hear, “I should spit in his food.”
Let that sink in. An employee of this Wendy’s threatened to contaminate a customer’s food. That is not only vile and unprofessional — it is a serious health and safety violation.
At that point, I walked out immediately, disgusted. This location is poorly managed, poorly staffed, and an embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. If corporate takes any pride in its name, this store should be investigated, and its employees either retrained or replaced entirely.
As a business owner myself, I would never treat anyone this way. I work longer hours than your staff, yet I have never once disrespected or threatened a customer. What happened here today was shameful.
Wendy’s, you have lost a customer for life — and I will make sure others know to avoid this disgraceful location.
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place
