The staff are beyond rude, they literally won’t even reply to you or ask if they can help you. They stare at you and then give you your food as if it’s a bother for them. I’ll be going to a further location from now on.

This is the worst wingstop location. I placed my order through the app, which clearly stated that my food would be ready in 15-20 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an entire hour before my food was ready and they actually forgot to give me one of my items. Not only was the wait ridiculously long, but the staff was unprofessional and inattentive. They seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping customers. Always on their phone and with a terrible attitude. I had to approach the counter multiple times to check on my order, and no one seemed to care about the delay or offer any explanation. I will not be coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

Terrible ranch. Tastes like straight buttermilk. I don’t know if they are conserving on ranch powder or what, but it’s been bad every time I went there. And They always forgot something. I don’t like this location and I will not be returning. I payed $10 for 2 large ranches and got $10 worth of buttermilk.

I have been there every weekend lately and always requested the wing well to be cooked. I am clueless about what is happening. I consistently receive uncooked wings from them. Last night, I had no choice but to return the chicken and inform them that there was no need to give me another one.

Ordered online came to pick up 30 min after the order was placed and still had to wait about 20 more minutes. When I got home I realized they forgot my additional sauces I paid for. I called to tell them they forgot my sauces and the person on the phone has a terrible attitude and told me they can’t give refunds instead I can pick up the sauces. Wings were also undercooked. I will never go to this location again!
ONLY ORDER WINGSTOP WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!! So when they mess up your order, or cancel an order and don’t issue a refund (like for me) you can contact your credit card. That’s the only way.

The order takes a long time, they sell you the combo and when you go to the soda machine there is no ice and the soda is warm, this is unacceptable.
