Ambiance is zero, just a few tables, but what really ruins the experience is the blasting rap music. Food is good, but I tuned my order on the app and it was late. No excuse, the store was empty and staff were hanging around with nothing to do.
The worst customer service. Busy had to wait 50 minutes for my food. When I arrived, they told me it would be a 30-minute wait. OK, so I walked to a dollar tree at the corner to kill time. Came back 40 minutes later, and food still was not ready. There are only 3 parking spaces. We were told parking in in the back, drove ar5back and no parking available
