I have been very satisfied with the salads and acai bowls from this location, I am however writing a review based on an experience I had while attempting to place a pick up order with a gift card. While ordering, I found I was unable to complete order with gift card, when I contacted the store, the gentleman (Alexander) who assisted me was very polite and professional and placed me in contact with (I believe, the g.m.) Carol who was also very polite and so helpful in getting my order placed and paid for with my g.c.. I was overly satisfied with the customer service and their promptness in helping me. That experience will keep me coming back!

Probably the best açaí around that has quick, easy in & out
I have been coming here since this location opened its doors and I do not know if I will return again at this point. I have had too many bad experiences with this location to justify spending my money here when there are better options nearby. Recently all of my wraps have had bad cucumber or brown, rotting avocado. My acai bowls have had overripe or under-ripe fruit. The quality here has signigicantly gone down hill. I had to scoop off all of the fruit from my acai bowl today. The kiwi was mushy and tasted awful. The raspberries were mush and seemed very old. The mango was half mushy and tasted rotten, mixed in with hard, underripe pieces.
