Tried the food truck out today and I was not pleased. I asked for my burger to be medium and it was burnt and bitter. The fries were the only edible thing left to eat. What a waste! ? I had to drive over so it simply was not convenient to go back. Thumbs down!

Great Burgers and Fries on the BurgerFi Food Truck! Mehdi and Cedrick are great assets to this food truck and they're both very helpful and customer service-focused. I had the PAtty Melt and an order of fries, the food came out fast, hot and juicy!Great job!

I’ve been here twice. The food truck is in a hot parking lot so the covered benches is a good thing. I believe the first time, I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger. The second time I went here, BurgerFi Introduced this BBQ Rodeo Burger that seems onion rings on it. I ordered that and am waiting. Overall the burgers are good and worth the wait

Put the food truck open times on Google. No one cares about your office. No one answers your OFFICE PHONE either!!! What’s the point of having an office phone? Super annoying!

They give you what ever they want then when you call to complain can not get thru get voicemail and full when you get in touch with corporate there number is disconnected useless and no customer service better to do a charge back

Update: The manager and I discussed the situation and the issue has been resolved - I appreciate the quick response.*******Is anyone checking the emails with all these complaints? The drink machine was dirty, 2 sandwiches took an hour to fix, I ask for bottled drinks since the fountain machine was filthy and the lady said "no" Took me an hour to get 2 sandwiches and a cryfry and 2 drinks. This place is too pricey for the service that is given and to be this nasty. I will not be returning.
Horribly run company/restaurant. Floors at the Cincinnati Banks location are greasy as hell, employees keep telling GM they need to fix it but deaf ears. Why I came here for lunch I have no idea.

Julio Rameriz "El Tacano Balsero" doesn't sell the premium Vienna hot dog meat anymore and now sells cheaper "waygu" that's probably 1% waygu, for more money than Vienna. Good job at cutting costs with cheaper meat and charging more. Google reviews for Corporate are horrible. Shake Shack is by far a higher quality meat.

Just wrong for a corporate office to have a full vm at the end of the business day. Can only mean 2 things! Too many complaints or no one is checking to see if there are any. I'm calling to redeem my points because the scanner at the Manchester ct location has been down for MONTHS and the business hours are whatever they want them to be and it's extremely sad for people to drive there and the website hrs don't reflect the truth. I must say I'm preparing to give up on this establishment for good and it's a battle because the food is so freaking DELICIOUS & the honey BBQ sauce should be on the grocery store shelves Everywhere!!!!

Currently at BurgerFi in Ft Lauderdale Airport Terminal 1. It's a joke! 9 plus employees and we wait 10 min to get our order which is then not made correctly. Now Currently waiting again, meanwhile enjoying the show. Employees walking around having full conversations on their cell phones, arguments on cell phones, it's a train wreck literally! The older lady screams out your name and if you don't run behind the counter and to the window immediately she yells it again this time way meaner than the first time! How could customers have to come behind the counter to get their order with all these staff working? Also, the cashier looks like she just rolled out of bed with her bonnet on so unprofessional! Every table filthy in the dining area! Only good thing was our fries were hot! Of course they were cold once I got my food fixed. Called corporate offices to make a complaint but not surprised the customer care mailbox was full. Just a sad experience. Travel often but will NOT return here. Unfortunately, this was a bit much.
