I want to say the food is sooo delicious. The servers and the staff are soo nice and very friendly. Very patient. It was Two people. That took care of me. One name was Ashley rule. And other guy who she’s training aswell is also very helpful. I’ll be definitely coming back in near future. Lovely hospitality

This is the first Carrabba’s I’ve eaten at and I just want to say, it was awesome! I was served by a young lady, Grace R., and she was so sweet! We had some laughs because I did eat dessert first 😋 but for my actual dinner she recommended me the Mezzaluna and it was to die for, sooo good! I also had the strawberry lemonade and it was in my top 5 strawberry lemonades. I will definitely be eating here again!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer and the team at Carrabba’s for our staff luncheon. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The food arrived right on time, was clearly labeled, and included all the necessary serving utensils — no detail was overlooked. Jennifer was professional, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Our staff loved the meal, and we received so many compliments on how delicious everything was. If you’re looking to cater an event, I highly recommend Carrabba’s. They’re the best to work with and you won’t be disappointed!

I had a great dining experience at Carrabba’s Italian Grill, thanks in large part to our server, Nicole B. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, personable, and genuinely cared about making our visit enjoyable. Her timing was perfect, and she offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being intrusive.

I ordered the Chicken Piccata, which was cooked perfectly—tender and well-prepared. The lemon butter sauce was a bit more citrus-forward than I typically enjoy, but the quality of the dish was still impressive. The new Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, on the other hand, were outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and complemented beautifully by the accompanying sauce.

The highlight of my evening was the spirit-free Watermelon Basil Cooler. Nicole recommended it, and she was spot on—it was crisp, refreshing, and a perfect non-alcoholic option.

Nicole B.’s service truly stood out and made the whole experience memorable. She’s a great example of hospitality done right.

Atmosphere destroyed by a manager counter bottles and taking inventory while telling her employees to go out and get google reviews from customers “ who haven’t even finished their meal”.

Not sure why she’s destroyed the atmosphere and moral of the staff: it’s always been a great place without her presence every time we’ve been in.
