Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Could not have been better!!! The grilled cheese sandwich was the Best! Service incredible! Atmosphere absolutely pleasant, friendly and inviting. French fries delicious! No room for dessert, but next time a hot fudge blizzard or banana split!

I ordered the new oreo parfait on the app and when I tried to pick it up they ran out of the dip they put in it so they instead gave me another blizzard to replace it. They handed me a medium which was almost 4 dollars cheaper than what i had originally paid. Whoever does keeps stock of what the store needs, do a better job.

Booth was clean. Store was mostly empty. Mgr was training new staff on our order. It was correct.Food was good. Modest wait time. Polite staff. Did advise staff that two reviewers were dining in. Drink station floomat was disgusting. Needs hot pressure washing. My feet tracked syrup. With this example I must ponder kitchen cleanliness.

I had not ate at a dairy Queen since I was a fresh adult. I asked the girl at the counter a suggestion and she gave it to me and I took it. It was a great idea, perfect. It was the chicken strips meal. I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere of other guests in the place. I was afforded to charge my phone while I was there which was nice. I would recommend it. The place was clean and orderly.

I've been eating a dairy Queen for years at many different ones in different cities and states and this is the only one that I see that never lives up to the upside down policy for their blizzards this proves the thickness of the blizzard and that it won't fall out. Also, they always have put the domed tops for the excess ice cream. Well at this location that is never the case there's always a flat top on top of the blizzard and the extra I've seen either eaten by the staff and made for themselves for later and typically they skimp on the toppings. Tonight I came in to get a blizzard for my wife and myself any young lady comes to the register to take my order with a mop in hand and then while I'm speaking the order she just says Wait a minute and walks off and then comes back again while giving me the little red number she just drops in front of me rather than handing it to me and walks off moments later I'm reproached by a young man with the blizzards top smashed on top of the ice creams. Food is either always looking like it's been sitting out and it's never fresh or the ice cream is runny. The only convenience about this place is that it's close to my house. And all my years of going to dairy Queen I've never had such a poor experience than when I come here. Next time I come I'll be back for my free blizzards this time I'm not going to keep paying for runny ice cream

I’m surprised that not much people eat at this spectacular fast food place. The food is amazing and comes quick. Service is also amazing. I would totally come back here/ even order seconds.
