“I goofed when I ordered today: I thought i ordered a Philly Cheese Steak pizza---but i failed to actually read the whole menu--and ordered just the steak pizza; when i returned to the store to complain about "how BLAH the pizza was and how it didn't even taste at all like a Philly cheese Steak'--the manager-Thomas-explained what I did and that there IS a Philly Cheese Steak pizza WITH the steak, shrooms, and green peppers---and he gave me a FREE one--to replace the one I had ordered through my own mistake! He didn't have to do that as it was my mistake-not the store's! THAT, my friends is great "Customer Service"! I managed restaurants for many years and I would do the same if a customer had a complaint --it always pays off in the end to Make The Customer Happy-----and sadly, very few Food & Beverage Managers know and practice this . The few that DO----end up with very happy satisfied customers who will remain loyal and use the place much more often-as they feel they were actually LISTENED to and treated like they were IMPORTANT. In the long run it more than pays for itself. KUDOS to Thomas, the Dominos Manager for knowing and actually being astute enough to understand and practice this Wise business Strategy! ********“
