I ordered a medium hand-tossed pizza with chicken, capsicum, onions, extra cheese, and garlic crust. The pizza was fresh and flavorful, and the toppings were generous and well-balanced. The chicken was tender, the veggies were crisp, and the extra cheese made it feel indulgent without being greasy. The garlic crust added a really nice savory touch, and the hand-tossed base had that soft-yet-slightly-chewy texture I enjoy. Portion-wise, it was enough to comfortably feed 2–3 people, and everyone liked it.
Now for the Alfredo pasta – this is where things fell short. The portion was surprisingly small — around half the size of what I’ve received when ordering the same item in-store. The pasta itself was made with fresh ingredients, but it tasted bland. It was very salty and had no herbs, spices, or seasoning to bring out the flavor. Just felt underwhelming overall, especially compared to how flavorful the pizza was.
Delivery was fast, which I appreciated. But there were no sides included – no ketchup, garlic powder, or chili flakes, which are usually expected with pizza and pasta orders. Those little things really add to the experience and were noticeably missing.
Overall: ✅ Pizza – fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. ❌ Pasta – tiny portion, salty, and too basic. ⚠️ Sides/condiments – not included. ⚡ Delivery – fast and efficient.
Would definitely reorder the pizza, but I’d skip the pasta next time or ask for extra seasoning. A few small improvements could really elevate the whole experience.

This is the worst dominos. I spoke to Brie, the manager, my pizzas had still not been delivered 40 minutes after the stated time. Brie, told me the driver was right around the corner, gave me some nonsense reason why the driver was late. She showed up 15 minutes later after the conversation and with the wrong order. The driver gave my order to someone else. I called Brie, third time, she was so obnoxious, completely non apologetic. I demanded a refund. This community should not have to accept a manager who has the wrong order delivered an hour late and doesn't even apologize for her own ineptitude.

This is truly ridiculous this is the second time I’ve ordered at this establishment and both times my delivery driver which was the same women ( a blonde, white, heavy accent) was the driver and both times she was rude and didn’t want to deliver to me at my store.and forced me to leave my store which I let her know I CANNOT DO several times because I work alone

Worst Dominos experience I have ever received. The manager was rude, cancelled our order and blamed us. We were lied to for 40+ minutes! I’ve ordered dominos in more than 8 states and this was by far the worst, really questioning whether I will ever order from Dominos again and never from North Palm Beach! Fl!
We found a cockroach in our pizza. Guy named Tomas answered the phone and was extremely rude when I called to tell them. Never ordering from US-1 North Palm Beach Dominos again. My husband works for health department and will be following up to have them inspected. Places like this should be shut down immediately for health and safety.

I goofed when I ordered today: I thought i ordered a Philly Cheese Steak pizza---but i failed to actually read the whole menu--and ordered just the steak pizza; when i returned to the store to complain about "how BLAH the pizza was and how it didn't even taste at all like a Philly cheese Steak'--the manager-Thomas-explained what I did and that there IS a Philly Cheese Steak pizza WITH the steak, shrooms, and green peppers---and he gave me a FREE one--to replace the one I had ordered through my own mistake! He didn't have to do that as it was my mistake-not the store's! THAT, my friends is great "Customer Service"! I managed restaurants for many years and I would do the same if a customer had a complaint --it always pays off in the end to Make The Customer Happy-----and sadly, very few Food & Beverage Managers know and practice this . The few that DO----end up with very happy satisfied customers who will remain loyal and use the place much more often-as they feel they were actually LISTENED to and treated like they were IMPORTANT. In the long run it more than pays for itself. KUDOS to Thomas, the Dominos Manager for knowing and actually being astute enough to understand and practice this Wise business Strategy! ********

I’m speechless how dominos hired unprofessional and disrespectful people. General manager, so disrespectful, he is screaming and rude to the customer. Shame for dominos.
