I've ordered from this location for several years with very few issues. Occasionally, things happened but they corrected the issue with no excuses. The last order was not what I ordered. When I called they basically said I was mistaken. I know what I ordered and I know what I received. They refused to acknowledge their error. Maybe it was a new employee or they are under new management? Too bad. I won't be doing business with this place again.

Domino's needs to stick to pizza. Their steak subs are nothing but paper thin burnt meat. They weigh the meat before cooking & it shrinks to nothing. I only gave a 3 star because the delivery people are awesome & professional. Brandon the manager had no personality & thought the sandwich he sent was ok & justified. He did have another one delivered. It had maybe 2 more pieces of thin steak. Kudos to Brandon for trying again but for $8.49 it was a joke & not worth it. I know he follows the protocol but next time I will order a pizza.

ALWAYS FANTASTIC SERVICE! I live inOld Port Cove with my mom and each month we make sure to grab a couple pizzas, chicken and drinks from dominoes. These pizzas are made perfectly and the service bringing to the car is fantastic. Totally a five star experience every month and for 4 years! Peter and Mom

May honestly be the best crew in any Domino's I ever ordered from. Especially the driver Jose, and the assistant manager peaches. Jose may just be the nicest guy I've ever dealt with as far as delivery drivers are concerned. Last night I had an issue with an online order. The prices were messing up. The assistant manager peaches handled the situation absolutely amazingly. Very rare you get the respect in fast food services that this place has. Peaches went out of her way to make sure I was happy and that means everything. As far as anything else the delivery is always fast and food is always hot. My #1 Domino's spot without question

I ordered delivery from this location. They burnt the pizza, made two incorrectly and the cheesy dip was ice cold.I don’t have a covering above my front door and put in a request to leave it at the back door(contactless). The driver came up banging and yelling on my front door, “Where is my tip, Yo where is it” It was on the back patio. When I answered he threw the boxes at me and screamed even louder, demanded I go get his tip. We ended having to threaten him with police and he walked away empty handed and so did we. Our complaint to the store manager was never acknowledged and I later found out this is a franchised location.We haven’t ordered from dominos since.

Location hard to find. Address misleading without signage....was in a strip mall that was odd for me with no advertisement at location or on the exterior wouldn't have found it if not for around me app.... but employees very helpful and friendly

Did not know that they don't include any salad dressing without charging for it, but without knowing there wasn't any given with a salad.The three pizzas weren't cut and sliced so fast that you had to rip the slices apart in a hotel room.Called but service is just getting worse. Will go to a local pizza place as with all the extra fees they charge now it isn't that much less to go to Dominoes now.

This was one of the worst experiences at a Dominos pizza, ever! I went here by accident when I made the order online and it put this as location where I purchased. When I got to the location the lady Peaches was at the register trying to help someone out but this guy looked super pissed that he’d been waiting there for a very long time. We waited nearly 10 minutes while our pizza was cooling down before she finally cashed us out and gave us our pizza. However in that same 10 minutes we also watched the guy who was working with her drop the pizza trays they place the pizza on to put in the oven, then he picked the 3 dropped ones and just put them right back on top of all the other trays as if those 3 were not just on the dirty floor. This place is very dirty, unsanitary, and you might be getting pizza from the floor because the staff here does not at all care about being clean and cleaning up after themselves. When you drop a tray go and clean it before you put it back in your pile of trays… just common sense. The pizza also didn’t have any flavor like Dominos usually does… needless to say we will stick with our Northlake location moving forward and will never be back here at all. Oh and they also cancelled my entire order (despite me having paid them and gotten my food) and now I have lost my Piece of the Pie Rewards that I had earned from my order yesterday. What a joke!

Employees at this location are very rude ans have no customer service skills. I'm visiting and called to find out if they deliver to where I'm staying. A young lady answers and i ask her 3 times if they deliver to my address, she puts me on hold and and puts someone else on the phone. She never explains to the new person what trying to find out. New person comes to the phone, (Names is Tomaat) never introduces himself, i had to ask him twice for his name, it felt like he chose not to answer the first time. Any, long story short,Me: do you deliver to my address? After about a minute of repeating myself and spelling out the street name...Him: okay, can i get your order?Me: what specials do you have?Runs through specials very fast, difficult to understand.Me: uhhh.... I'm sorry, with a chuckle, please repeat the first part of the specials again, and before i could finish with "I didn't understand you"Him: cuts me with," you have games, I don't play games" says BY and hangs up on me! This guy Tomaat better not let me find out that he is the manager of this store. North Palm Beach location. If these ppl feel like they behave like this to your face, imagine what they may potentially be doing behind closed doors with your food...
