Hello everyone. If you read my reviews before you know that I am not biased in any way. I'm a seafood lover. I spent 23 yrs in Savannah Ga. so i know good seafood. I wasn't impressed with what Frigate's offered, especially since its on the pricey side. I was ready to be wowed by the Lobster Mac and cheese. It was ok. It tasted like the Lobster was old. You know how shrimp tastes the next day like fishy. I tasted that. My wife had Tempura shrimp. Again it was ok. The batter on the shrimo was so soggy from the sauce it looked like it sat over night. Just my honest opinion folks.

If you want a tiki vibe, waterfront, restaurant with fun music and prices that won’t break the bank Frigates is the place. Right off of US1 in North Palm Beach they offer fresh fish ?, but also serve a great Bloody Mary ? and fantastic bar food. Shout out to Celina for a serving us a fantastic lunch after a round of golf ⛳️ today!

Maybe I was expecting more but I was disappointed in the decor. Also, the floor and tables look very dull, like they needed to be cleaned. Nothing like the pictures posted. That and the decor is not what you'd expect from the menu they offer. The food was excellent. We sat outside and had to wait for water refills but all in all our server was great. There wasn't any spectacular view. There's a marina across the water working on boats and with the low bridge you're not going to see any larger boats going through. (No drawbridge that we could see). The landscaping blocked most of our view of the water and quite honestly, I was glad. I'd rather look at beautiful foliage than the marina with broken boats. Again, the Food Was Excellent. The fish was very fresh and delicious. A little pricey, with some reasonable choices, but sometimes you don't mind paying the price for quality food. Since the atmosphere doesn't match the service or their food I may or may not go back. Too many other choices in the area.

Stopped in here briefly for a drink — Months ago. Tonight we’re taking about 11 baseball players and dads for a late-night birthday celebration. High hopes. I used to be a restaurant reviewer for a newspaper — I will be back with comments.

We had never been to Frigates. What a great experience. Many choices across the full spectrum of menu items from wings, to great sandwiches to steaks. Reasonably priced and substantial portions. Top it all off by the amazing service of Jay, our waiter. We will go back and if you haven’t been, GO!

First time. Food was excellent. I had the chicken and macaroni and cheese. Very tasty. Chicken was soft. Service was great. My friends had the chicken and brie sandwich. They enjoyed it as well. I will be back.

it was my husband and I date night , our waiter was disrespectful and took forever to bring out anything and never checked on us .. literally another server had to help us , because ours never came back for us …my husband didn’t wind up eating his food because it was cold ,and we waited so long… so we asked for a manger she was a short, white, blonde headed lady we told her the problem and she didn’t fix anything and she also had an attitude with us , we told her his burger is cold and she said “they’re good burgers, nothing is wrong with them”. my husband and i aren’t confrontational so we just paid and left . BUT 20$ for a burger he didn’t even get to eat. never going there again!

Spicy ceviche, typically chopped, but whole chunks of seafood and so spicy. Took over 10 minutes to even get a server. Cocktail was flat. Last time we go here.

We had a wonderful experience, thanks to Jae our amazing server who saved the day/night! We called ahead to sit outside and were there in minutes, but our table was given away. We were happy to wait even though the patio was basically empty and the hostess said a solid no... within minutes a table was leaving and Jae made 7 people very happy by taking us outside still within his section. He was personable, friendly, knowledgeable and gave us all great suggestions on menu choices and provided beyond excellent service. He is a true professional and asset to your waterfront restaurant. We will definitely be back and only sit in his section, that is how much we enjoyed him. You are fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!
