As a family we enjoy the Honey Baked Ham Store entire menu. We order all holiday items in advance to assure the items are available for us and not sold out. The wait closer to the holidays is quite frustrating, so we now order 5 days prior as most items are ok frozen anyway. The people are very nice to deal with. Even during the chaos of holiday shopping they always smile.
I got two orders of the 3 ham and cheese sliders as a pickup order, I was told it will be ready in 20 minutes. I didn’t get there till about 30 minutes and there was a huge line and my order wasn’t even prepared. I had to pull aside someone behind the counter to ask about my order , only for them to tell me they aren’t working right now. What? Turns out there’s no biscuits so I got them on rolls. Finally got my food only for it to be the most plain ham sandwich I’ve ever had. Ate 6 sliders total and was barely full. Could’ve made them better in my kitchen. All for $25 and an hour of my day. Avoid this place.
Picked up a PREPAID PREORDER dinner for Easter. The worst run business I have ever experienced! Had to wait in line 45 min. Pre order and pre paid were the same line!
Orders were NOT picked in advance so you had to wait while ONE person put your order together!! What is the purpose for ordering in advance! Only 1 person working the prepaid line while 2 people were working the walk in line! And couldn’t even use a coupon because I prepaid!!
Walk-in it’s cheaper and faster!!
Shame on management for this mess!!
This place is the most unorganized operation I’ve EVER seen! For 5 yrs we’ve been coming here for Easter ham. Preordered and prepaid customers with a scheduled pick up time wait 5 times longer than “walk in customers” They have 2 people waiting on 100’s of people in line. The owners attitude is - too bad - this is how it works. They need to organize their process, It’s a complete mess!!’ Plan on waiting up to 2hrs if you pre order, pre pay and book a pick up time!
The cashier (older man) seemed friendly and very nice with his conversations. Unfortunately he was supposed to give me 9 dollars and change instead
he gave me 4 singles and change
I hope it was a simple mistake
The food may be good but the service SUCKS. Why have gluten free wraps just for catering? Why not everyday? People dont eat lunch? Is it a big deal to make a gluten free sandwich. Stay away from this store. Publix will go above and beyond, wini dixie, even subway. Dont waste your time at this establishment with false advertising and treating and elderly women poorly because your website doesnt explain anything.Worse place ever, SHUT IT DOWN
If you want a great tasting ham then you want to go to HoneyBaked. I ordered it online a few days ahead of time and picked it up so quickly it was just amazing.
I had a problem with the ham I purchased for Thanksgiving in NPB store. I returned the day after Thanksgiving. The manager took a look at the photos immediately saw the problem and rectified the situation immediately. I have been going to this location for over 20 yrs and this was first time I ever had a problem. Excellent customer service makes all the difference .

My boyfriend and I have been really looking forward to trying this spot since moving to this side of town this past month.
We randomly stopped in on our way home from the store to even see if they made sandwiches as we weren’t sure if it was only a meats place.
We were not greeted with kindness nor any help after announcing it was our first time there by the female employee who was making the sandwiches and would be the one to take our order. We were a bit confused by the menu and changed our mind from ham to turkey, which made her ask us 4 more times with an attitude each time what we wanted. She continued to make our meal turkey sliders and ham biscuits and my boyfriend asked how long she had been there, 5 years she said, then made a rude comment back while he was just curious She has been at this location for 5 years and said this was a “good day for her… but a monday” to which i replied “i could not imagine what a bad day is like” . We voiced our concern to the lack of care and what being in the service industry is about. There was a man working i believe “douglas” helping another guest during our initial interactions. He was very kind and completed the transaction as she made our sandwiches very unwillingly with an eyeroll. I grew up in a family restaurant and have been all throughout the service industry for 12 years now and have never asked for a refund. We ended up doing so and leaving the sandwiches behind. No apology, continued disregard and respect not only towards what would have been return costumers but the business as well, i imagine many do not return because of her.
Would probably go back since we didn’t leave with the food although Douglas offered, we were turned off. & Will definitely avoid her and putting a bad vibe on our good day.

I have been getting sandwiches here for years. Today, I ordered the Honey Baked sandwich and the sandwich was so overly doused in condiments, it was hardly edible. There was honey mustard on each slice of bread that was put on nearly 1/4 thick and covering the entire bread. Then, after the sandwich was toasted and the toppings put on, the toppings were covered in a honey glaze. When I got to work to eat my lunch, the entire bottom and sides of the sandwich were covered in honey and the honey mustard started oozing out of the sandwich as soon as I picked it up. I love the flavors the condiments provide, but in this case, it ruined an otherwise (and usually great) meal. My hands were covered in sauces the entire time I was trying to eat my lunch.
Love everything about this place. Some years I buy everything I need from hear for my thanksgiving dinner. U can also get great lunch sandwiches and sides. All around great food with great

I ordered a catering order for 18 meals. My pickup time was 10 AM. I arrived at 9:45 AM, waited 25 minutes which I didn't mind. Went to the counter and they didn't have my order even started. They had me come back 2 hours later. After I took the food to my team, I had numerous reports that the food was off.I'll still get my Hams but no more catering from here.
