I always get great service at this IHOP. I drive just to come here. North Palm Beach! The food and chef are great. Service is great depend on your server. This is the first time I’m getting the worst service before we even sit. We came in last mind you. This hostess Sheryl decided to sit us first .
She told another set of family that was next to be seated , to wait. Guess where she wanted to sit our family: Right next to the urinal. My kids went and sat. I was shock. The family said your upset aren’t you. I said yes I’m not staying here. Come on babies. To paint a picture. You can smell the urine and caca while you eat. The other family: the grandmother : saw what the hostess did. she told the hostess that she was leaving and she also said to give us her seat we are leaving. I wish I can only rate her a -1 . I’ve never seen her here. Instead of admitting she did. She was still trying to make a point to sit us in the same section but one sear over .
Not the special seat on the other seat. Proof prejudice still exists.
Our server made it up to us! But this experience my kids will not get at this I hop again

We got a lovely waitress. Her name was Taylor she was very pleasant and very professional. Customers can be rough sometimes and my husband saw when she had a rough situation but she never let it affect the way she went about her business and we really admired that. However I need them to take care of the bathroom situation. We were seated near the restrooms and the smell that came out of there was sooo bad I felt like throwing up and had to ask to be moved to another table. I get that you’re not serving food in the bathroom but it’s apart of the aesthetic and it affects the experience. If you’re not keeping the bathroom clean how confident can I be that you’re keeping everything else clean/ safe for me and my family. When my husband used the bathroom, being an A/C contractor, he realized that along with the horrible smell he had to force the door open to get in because there was no exhaust fan to circulate the air properly in there, pretty sure that’s against code. This is a multi million dollar food chain. You need to do better , please.

There was only one server and one cook always with a bunch of customers waiting to be served... It's always some form of staff drama being discussed out loud. And seems that customers feel the wrath of there drama.
Great food selections 24/7 breakfast lunch or dinner !! The only IHOP in 10 states that I have too IHOP that is waterfront!

Would not recommend I order chicken and waffles tastes like fish then when I asked about it there were like oh yeah we use the same fryer and with no heads up completely ruined my appetite . And very rude about it including my server and the manager. Not once did someone say sorry or even compensate the meal for the inconvenience. Not to mention that it came out after my family was already done eating their food .

I went to the ihop on pancake day I ordered 2 eggs and 2 sausages and my order came up to &24.00 and change. I told them I am not going to pay &24.00 for that order and they called the cops. I was willing and able to pay but &24.00 for 2 eggs and 2 sausage and free 2 pancakes that usually cost $6.00

Service took FOREVER, seems as though they are very distracted and arnt attentive to their tables. One lady runs around but doesn’t do nothing. I wouldn’t recommend. Nice ocean view though

Worst customer service didn't even eat there I walked out
No ONE believe in answering the phone. I called multiple times to place my order and no one picked up. I arrived at the restaurant to notice the young lady (waitress) ignoring all the calls. The waitress was very unprofessional, rude and had a bad attitude when I asked her a simple question so I ended up leaving and ordering something else because I will not spend my money at an establishment that treat their customers poorly.

Horrible wait! Since his previous manager left, nothing to see The waitress didn't even go to take the order and we have been customers of this same restaurant for more than 5 years. Not all staff are like this, of course, but nothing to do with their previous service.

Check 45 minutes for me to get two hash browns and two eggs over easy.. I placed an order online using the app when I arrived the cook nicknamed cornbread was sitting in a booth watching TV on his phone and had not even started my order he made it from scratch which took another 15 minutes no apology and then got my order wrong and only gave me one hash brown instead of two that I ordered and paid for.. terrible experience
