Its McDonald's it's always suffice, you get what you get. I am reviewing because I read all these comments from the disgruntled customers. The staff is actually nice here. The customers are bunch of an entitled, spoiled rude people. I've watched them whine and disrespect the staff. They've never been told no in their lives, so if they don't get exactly what they want they throw a tantrum. Hopefully the owner or manager sees my review. I frequent this McDonald's and the customers make it more difficult than the staff

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. I ask the guy if he forgot about me & he lied saying he called me number 3 time . McDonald’s has become the DMV of fast food! Slow & too expensive for trash food !

ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 drink, 1 frap. 1 burger plain (checked the burger, it was fine) and 1 burger with light pickle+extra ketchup (NO onion, NO mustard); i sat down in my hotel room to eat my mcdouble and when i bit into it, i tasted onions. i looked at the burger - LOTS of onions. i had even checked the label on the wrapper: "NO onions". disappointed but not really surprised, it's McDonald's. i am very frustrated as, again, i had ordered my burger to have no onions, and wound up with a burger-full of onions - it was not only on the top patty but in between the two patties as well.

So this McDonald's is always a freaking shit show, I placed a mobile order waited 10 minutes then went there. There were no customers in the McDonald's nor anyone in the Drive-Thru, and as I go I see my order is up and they didn't even make it so then they make excuses about preparing it! I could have walked in there and ordered it at the counter and have waited just as long if not quicker at this point it's always something going on where there's a delay with food
