I know fast food has gotten expensive but thankfully McDonalds is offsetting this with horrible service. I just waited 30 minutes curbside and never received my food. It was a simple order of 2 double cheeseburgers. I had to go in and ask for it. They it was just prepared which explains why they were cold. C'mon, prices aside, you're FAST Food!

I cannot believe that I am writing this review about the manager that was in the window. The cashier in this restaurant I just stop in the drive-through and I repeat my code multiple times to the lady and I told her I want double cheeseburger meal she say that doesn’t exist and I told her I cannot order anything else because the screen is black so they decide that I need somebody to translate for me when I am talking to them in English isn’t a fault of respect if somebody have accent don’t mean that they cannot speak English so I proceed to go to the window where you pay and I explain to the lady I don’t need anybody to translate for me. I am talking in English. I only telling you that your screen is black and I cannot pick the menu. She proceeded to bring a lady who speak Spanish, I am beyond upset that is so Insulting and discriminating against anyone who have accent. I decide to leave because I don’t want anything happened to my food or somebody else spit on my drink
Horrible customer service. And if you order on the app, and if the app allows you to pick multiple sauces then they should be able to give it to you, not like the girl said inside the restaurant that I’m only allowed 2 and if I want the others i have to pay for them. If I had to pay for them, then the app would’ve charged me for them not like how she wanted to charge me for them and the store won’t be back in this location

Clean restrooms, happy personnel, and nice landscaping. Stood at counter waiting on my order to be taken and all staff smiled, nodded to me and walked by. I must of missed something, I didn't ask, just left. Mainly needed restroom break.

They made my double quarter pounder deluxe (in which I only like to ask for lettuce, tomato, and cheese) right on the first try and it looked absolutely delicious! The atmosphere the employees had with eachother seemed happy and healthy. A good work environment. The restaurant was clean and definitely a place to sit down and eat. Even though I didnt ask for ketchup, the employee put ketchup in my bag (probably for the fries) and I couldn't help but see this as the kindest gesture! The 15-25 minute drive was so worth it!!!
