Its McDonald's it's always suffice, you get what you get. I am reviewing because I read all these comments from the disgruntled customers. The staff is actually nice here. The customers are bunch of an entitled, spoiled rude people. I've watched them whine and disrespect the staff. They've never been told no in their lives, so if they don't get exactly what they want they throw a tantrum. Hopefully the owner or manager sees my review. I frequent this McDonald's...
ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 1 drink, 1 frap. 1 burger plain (checked the burger, it was fine) and 1 burger with light pickle+extra ketchup (NO onion, NO mustard); i sat down in my hotel room to eat my mcdouble and when i bit into it, i tasted onions. i looked at the burger - LOTS of onions. i had even checked the label on the wrapper: "NO onions". disappointed but not really surprised, it's McDonald's. i am very frustrated as, again, i had ordered my burger...
to owner, you need to check on how youre employees operate in your absence. we were looking forward to hot cheeseburgers and what we got was cold stale burgers where the cheese was not even melted! a cold slice thrown on the burger. come on now? the cashier at dtive thru was a scowling kid who hated being there.
