I’m not sure what happened to Papa John’s recipe, but gone are the days of the moist and fluffy pizza. I thought maybe it was a fluke but this I can confirm their pizza officially tastes like card board. I also ordered the hot lemon pepper boneless wings, which puts in the mind of clumps of wet saw dust in texture and test.

I hate that this is the only location that can deliver to my house. When I order pick up I always go to Military. I forgot to add something, called instantly. Was placed on hold only to be told delivery driver just left. While I’m looking at the app telling me they’re preparing my order. Customer service failure. Mind you, I told them what I needed prior to being placed on hold. Then I get an alert 10 min later that my driver is own the way. I tracked him all the way from the store to my house. But again they said my order had been picked up 20min ago. Last time I ordered, the delivery driver forgot something and refused to go back and get it. I had to drive to the store when I had already paid for the item and delivery fee. Gonna start ordering from a different company when I need delivery.

But they didn't even send me my full order and sned the wrong flavor 2 literally. AND SHE WILL NOT ANSWER AND I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH A MANAGER LIKE THAT.

The Service, The delivery and atmosphere was fine but they did forget my drink I order 1 special another extra large pizza and a 2L Starry. Gave them a tip even the 1 that placed the order forget the drink. It's not like I needed the drink but forgetting orders is considered unorganized and unprofessional and a unpleasant customer service. G Have a blessed day...... a.k.a beautiful Peoples

I wish I could put ZERO stars. I placed an order through the Papa John’s app and requested it to be delivered. Made my payment online with Papa John’s. Pizza was never delivered since they use DoorDash which is horrible delivery service. Not their fault. But I called the store and spoke with a young lady named Dee. I explained to her my food was never delivered and She stated I needed to get in contact with DoorDash when my billing information didn’t rely with DoorDash. I could tell she started to get frustrated which I just wanted a refund or to have another pizza re-delivered. She did not understand that my payment receipt was with them, proceeded to tell me to contact DoorDash and hung up on the phone. I did call back in manner stating us losing connection and she spoke with me then hung up on me again. I contacted customer service but overall not fair, horrible communication, and horrible customer service.

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I asked for well done wings and my order was done in less than 9 mins exactly when I placed it and I was okay with that because I could’ve put them in the air fryer(even though it’s not what I paid for). Then I opened the pizza boxes I ordered original crust pizzas, I received two thin crust pizzas and I know it’s not original because one of the reasons I like Papa John’s pizza is because the original has a thicker crust then the rest. This is not the first time I received this kind of service and it cost way too much for the stuff to come out like this. My husband was the one to pick the food up and he never check to make sure the food is good(and he’s not supposed to), but to minimize going back you should always check your food. This order was $33 so this will be my last time ordering from this place. If it wasn’t for the storm I would’ve took it back.

Absolutely terrible customer service and experience just now. Ordered two pizzas, got the notification that the pizzas were ready. Walked inside, only one pizza was done. The cashier had apparently been trying to tell the kitchen from the moment I walked in that they were missing one pizza. I ended up waiting almost an hour for my other pizza, while my family was in the car hungry and waiting. They finally brought out my other pizza, again after almost an hour, and they hadn’t put in all the sauce that I ordered, so then had to wait for that too. There was no attempt to make it right for us, and barely even acknowledgement of making the whole experience so inconvenient and bad. When we finally got home, the pizza was barely cut and we had to cut it ourselves. Terrible.

I don’t usually write bad reviews but this pizza was pitiful and the service to try to make this right was horrible, burnt and really bad air bubbles. They had to have known this pizza looked horrible before they sent it.
