Didn't bring the soda I ordered and paid for, though, you did bring the worst pizza I have ever had. A pizza that was so hard and overcooked I could have used it as a frisbee along with wings that were all bone, fat and sauce. Hope you fools go out of business and have half a mind to report you for theft.

You would think that a pizza joint would be used to busy Saturday nights, but I guess this one hasn't figured it out yet.I ordered and had to wait two hours for the notification to say it was on its way. When I went out to meet the delivery guy he drove off, so I got in my truck and headed to the store.Apparently after two hours they still had forgotten two boxes of my order. I then had to wait in the store in my pajamas for the delivery guy to come back and give me the pizza and the store to give me my two other boxes.Only to open the box and see that my pizza looks like this.I'd I highly suggest new management and new employees for this location because they are obviously not used to the pizza delivery hustle.

Driver had an unprofessional negative attitude I order thin crust pizza and I requested it be be cut into squares it was NOT...my daughter's Papadia was very under cooked and the hot lemon pepper bites were cold in the middle then driver had the nerve to expect a tip with his nasty unpleasant attitude they need to do better I wish I wouldn't have tipped at all don't think I'll be ordering anything else from here anymore I remember back in the day this particular location was way better than this smh no positive attitudes in that place no good customer service at all

Placed a delivery order on Saturday the 28th at 12:40 PM. My order was not delivered until 2:45 PM. Not only that but the pizza was cold and the driver was rude. Makes me wonder if that pizza was made at 1pm and sat for almost two hours. Called the store and no one answers the phone. Whatever is going on at this location you should address it. You have a great product but none of that matters if you can’t deliver it in a timely manner. I’ll be ordering from Marcos from now on. Delivers in less than 30 minutes every time.

Ordered a sassauge pizza today when the pizza came the store forgot my drink I was told by the delivery driver who I already tipped it was just a drink when I called the store this rude female store manager answered and said well we will deliver it again I told her my pizza would be cold could they redeliver the pizza she got a attitude and said we’ll give back the other one like so uncalled for if a customer spent money get it right I won’t order from here again and I’ll be reporting her

My love for pizza starts and ends with PAPA JOHNS. Hands down this location thrives when the manager Josh is running the shift. The atmosphere is super inviting, the service is quick and efficient. Always a pleasant and courteous staff member at the register to greet you. When Josh and his team are on they always get my order just right. I'm always impressed and grateful for their attention to detail. Thanks for being awesome!
