Love this place already but just had the most positive experience. Yuri the manager remembered that an item was forgotten in our bag from MONTHS ago and honored it today despite us not remembering. It set such a positive start to our day and I’m truly elated. Sandra is always a sunny delight at the register as well.

stopped by Papa Kwan’s expecting an enjoyable açaí bowl, not a lesson in how profoundly unwelcome a customer can be made to feel. The bowl itself was fine — certainly nothing worth writing home about — but the service was the true standout, offering a level of rudeness so refined it almost felt intentional. I was polite, pleasant, and apparently punished for it. The Older woman with glasses at the counter delivered curt, icy service with the kind of practiced disdain one usually reserves for telemarketers. If this is the standard here, then I’m genuinely impressed the reviews are as glowing as they are. I can only assume everyone else caught them on a dramatically better day. Regrettably, I can’t say I’ll be rushing back to test that theory.

Excellent quality, fresh tasting food and such friendly service!! I’ve enjoyed the breakfast bowl and acai bowl during multiple visits. Wish I had pictures but they’re always devoured too quickly! We’ve also had the tuna sandwich, served with chips and a corn salsa. This will be a regular and favourite spot to go!

Amazing customer service as I walk through the door I was welcomed with a bright smile, cashier was super friendly and help get my order placed right away. The coffee was amazing, and the Acai bowls was made with love. Jupiter donuts next door needs some customer service training from Papa Kwans. Thank you and will be returning.

I love everything about this place. I come here all the time for lunches and breakfast. Sandra is my cashier 99% of the time and she is amazing. Always in a good mood and so positive. Food is awesome. Try the açaí!
For $20 an oily hard croissant and plastic in my smoothie it was not worth it.

Great place has a great owner, who is hands on and really cares. I love their açaí bowls. Tried the chicken salad sandwich and enjoyed it. I like it because it doesn’t have celery in it. One thing I would like to see is some pecans in it. Orders are prepared timely. Very professional staff.
One problem is no one ever answers the phone. And your mobile orders your website it doesn’t work. Tells you the order is for pick up next day at 7:45 am. You try to call and no one answers phone. What exactly are people doing that are working there that cannot answer the phone????

I cannot say enough good things about Papa Kwan’s. I’m from Massachusetts and came to Palm Beach for the first time last year, and we went here every single day for breakfast. We decided to come back this summer and we’ve also gone every single day this week!
The food is always amazing (the açaí bowls and egg tacos are SO good). The coffee is fantastic and they have a wide variety to choose from. Every single employee is so kind and welcoming. Sandra is one of the nicest people I have ever met and greets everyone with a huge smile on her face. The service is fast and the place itself and really nicely decorated and super cute.
Shout out to the business owner and all the employees, this really is such a great establishment :)
