Super nice woman.

I absolutely love Papa Kwan’s!!! I’m always telling everyone how amazing the food and drinks are! However, I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences with the person working the front at the North Palm location. They’ve been consistently rude, which is really unfortunate. From now on, I’ll be sticking to the Juno location instead!

Sandra was absolutely lovely! We had delicious acai bowls and lattes. So happy we stopped in for a quick breakfast.

An outstanding coffee shop with tasty food items. My wife loves the gluten-free egg salad sandwiches and street corn. I’ve liked every sandwich I’ve had - today I tried a spinach salad with chicken salad topping and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients and creative combinations made it a fav. The coffee is unique here and the overall atmosphere and friendliness of the staff makes it somewhere we frequent.

Love their açaí bowls and cold brew. Cute local favorite in north palm beach serving great coffee and delectable treats. The customer service is phenomenal and the atmosphere welcoming.

This is definitely a new favorite. The service is just as good as the açaí bowls. Definitely will be back !

Just started working on the bridge due south of this place! Stopped in today and was greeted warmly and they served my crew and I’s drinks promptly! Will definitely be going here regularly. I forget the kids name taking my order, younger blonde gentleman was great! The quality of the coffee is amazing as well, im a snob about my coffee too.

Update: I did try to go to the proper location this time. It was during a rainy week and I was greeted by a employee running to my car with a umbrella so I wouldn't get drenched in the storm. I ordered ahead and my food was done when I got there. I found there are plenty of options and their coffee is definitely something worth spoiling yourself with. I'm not sure who I dealt with possibly a manager but I wanted a stuffed croissant and they were out. She went out of her way to get staff to make me one even though they were out. And gave me 4 options. Was pleased with customer service this time. Be prepared to wait for your order.

Previous:I never made it to the store because the navigation never directed me to the right place. Ended up at the Juno one and explain to them my situation was told to go to North palm. Never found it. Never got my drink. Really disappointed. Tried calling you guys up for about 30 minutes and kept getting disconnected or kept being told to press five and then I would get through to somebody and that didn't happen either. So strictly off of customer service this day I would have to rate poorly. I wish I tried your coffee, especially since you're supposed to be amazing.

Whoever is working the cash register on Thursday afternoons in North Palm location is not pleasant with very poor customer service skills.

Other than that, always love coming to PapaKwans!

$$$. For what it is, not even close to worth it. Food is bland at best. Wife goes for the acai bowl while I get my son a donut. Decided to try. I usually get a breakfast sandwich at Jupiter donuts, delicious btw.
Peach Berry smoothie was bitter, not sweet, and $12. Only drank it to wash down the dry sausage English muffin. Don't even think it was sausage.
Over $40 with 15% tip for 2 people. And what is with your tips starting at 20% and going to 30%? You're given a hand written order from the customer and walk it 10ft. That's 30%? Places like this just take advantage of people with organic garbage that has three times the sugar of a donut. Look it up. Acai bowls with fruit, granola, honey 500-1000 cals and over 60g of sugar. Do yourselves a favor and go to Jupiter. You're welcome.

I’ve been coming to this place for a while and I’ve loved it for a while. My wife always has the ham and cheese croissant and the açaí bowl, I’m in love with the bagel breakfast sandwich and the avocado toast here. Lovely staff and the beach vibe is alive and well.

Parking: A lot of parking within a very big commercial property, I mostly park away from the Jupiter Donuts to not be stressed out with traffic.
