Great coisants, but if you cant get anyone to help you then you lose customers like me. Why would you not have chocolate coisants every day. Drove 30 minutes. Server was too busy outside so I left. Very sad

Cute place but the croissants are not the flaky, buttery kind that you'd find in France. They're more like bready biscuits inside. If you're seeking light, flaky french croissants, this is NOT it.

Ordered a gift for my father a treadmill from Tiktok and FedEx delivered it to 11460 instead of 11420 us Highway 1. My mailbox service provider never got and I called this restaurant about my packages. This female that answered my call denied ever seeing my package and denied lllucas sign for the package too. Same strip plaza and as Shipping Plus! Really disappointing no good ppl anymore!
Update: The owner finally returned my package to my mailbox provider.

Like many of the other reviews, I used to really like this place. The food has gone downhill, the place looks dirty, and the waitresses are only there to stand around and chat. There was only two other customers in the place, and I could barely get any service at all. I should’ve walked out considering how horrible my breakfast was when o finally got it.

I literally never leave reviews anywhere but this place was so bad I have to advise others to stay away from this place. Service is horrible and rude, and everything was STALE. Pastries looked days old and the bread was as hard as a rock. SKIP PARIS IN TOWN!!!!

This place is hanging on by a thread. There’s new servers every month and it’s not suprising why. The managers are never there to help it’s unprofessional and so disgraceful. Managers NEED to support their employees. My aunt and I loved this place but now the place is dirty, the food quality has gone down and prices up, service slow, and bugs. Go to Chardonnay cafe instead!

We were really looking forward to enjoying what the delicious-sounding menu had to offer. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. They were out of baguettes for the paninis and offered a croissant instead—but with an upcharge of $2.95 because they didn’t have what was originally included. Then we tried to order crepes—no Nutella! At that point, we decided to leave, did I mention that the waitress opened the door for us to leave. Very disappointed with the lack of basic ingredients and overall service.

This used to be a busy place and I’ve wondered why it’s always so dead in here. The tables always seem to be dirty. Today I walked in, and there only two people seated in the entire restaurant. And every single one of the unoccupied tables was dirty. I waited 10 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant for someone to wait on me. The server, an older woman with glasses and gray hair in a ponytail, came over put the menu onto my dirty table and asked what I wanted to order. When I asked her to please clean the table since all of the tables were dirty, and there was no clean table for me to sit at, she disappeared for another 6 minutes and asked someone else to clean my table. That guy came over and dropped the rag on the floor, picked it up and used the same dirty rag to clean my table. Then same older woman came back and scolded me stating that I should wait to be seated instead of sitting at a table. I pointed out to her that all of the other times that I’ve come here in the past two months I was told to seat myself instead of ask to be seated. And she walked off angry, refused to take my order and started chatting with the other servers all just standing around doing nothing. I left without being served. The server’s bad attitude is reflective of how dirty the restaurant is, how poor the service is and how empty it always is over lunch. Paris is town gas really gone downhill.
