Took a little while to be served as they were to busy talking. Didn't check on us to get a coffee refill until we were finished and ready to leave. The person that sat us was very nice. The food was OK at best.
The atmosphere seemed super cozy, but the service was actually really bad. I just went in for coffee and a pastry, which I guests would select from a counter. In the process of paying the POS asks the guest to provide a tip, which I was happy to supply. But after I paid an additional 25% for my order I was scolded for sitting at a table to eat my pastry by a server. He said that we do offer service, even though he didn't bring me anything to eat my food with. I had to get...
I recently visited this place for the first time as a recommendation from a friend, and it was amazing. Our server, Ali, was one of the BEST servers I have ever had. She managed to handle our table along with about 30 other tasks at once!
If you go here, I definitely advise to ask for Ali, shes phenomenal. GET HER A RAISE ASAP!!!
