I'm a longtime customer; the food is usually excellent. However, the excellence of the food was diminished by the lack of service during my last visit which was a Saturday at 6p. One waitress was servicing the dine-in guests and managing the take-out orders and all payments. My husband and I weren't checked on after our entrees were brought out. We waited for chopsticks. We weren't asked if we would like another drink. We waited for the check. The waitress was pleasant enough but in a rush. This has happened in the past also, so I'm hopefully bringing it to (your) attention now. (The ladies restroom needs a deep cleaning, including the AC vent/ceiling.)

I eat here regularly several times a year with my family or alone, and today by mistake I ordered the wrong $12 dish because I mixed it up with another $12 dish that had a similar name and sauce, and the restaurant wouldn't provide a courtesy replacement and swap it out for me. I have never made a mistake when ordering a dish and I have eaten here many times, so I feel like it's unfortunate the restaurant wouldn't just provide a one time courtesy for me and swap out one dish for the other I wanted so I could leave satisfied. I asked the waitress to do that several times both before I started eating the dish and just after trying to eat the dish and our waitress said no. I think it's just bad business not to just swap out a dish that probably costs them no more than $3 or $4 to make for a dish that's going to leave a customer happy. Also, if most reputable restaurants will exchange out a dish their customer simply doesn't like for a dish that they do like, I feel like this restaurant should have done so for that reason alone. I don't like being made to feel like I mean that little to them as a customer, no more than $3-$4.
Thank you, loved the tom yum sup!!
We came to Thai Lotus on a Saturday evening around 7pm. The restaurant was about at 1/2 capacity and the waitress and servers were very friendly and helpful. They served everything hot and fast as soon as it was ready. The spring rolls and the dip were very delicious and dip for them was nice and sweet. The chicken green curry and rice was pretty good. The chicken needed more flavor as it was bland alone, but the curry sauce and vegetables were absolutely delicious. The chicken pad Thai was ok overall. In my opinion it was too sweet and the noodles were more chewy and tough than I prefer. I give a 4 star overall to this location. I have been to Thai restaurants all over the SE USA with several reviews of some of them here on Google. This place was above average.

The were offering an amazing special. Got mom and dad to try some sushi and they like it. If not for the special they wouldn't have tried sushi.

The food here is great, although it can be a hot minute to get a table or attention from the staff. But it's a great place to grab lunch and the food is great so it's usually always 3/4 full.

Cozy location with same menu as Jupiter. The spicy edamame is a favorite- just the right amount of kick and roasted char. The tom yum soup also stands out with more veggies than some other Thai in the area. Service was fast and friendly and we enjoyed our dinner very much.

I regret to say this place was a letdown. Nothing tasted authentic. The pad thai was soupy and I didn’t like the noodles used. The taste was not what I was expecting or used to at all. The beef in our stir fry dish was dry. The service was very kind, ambience ok. They forgot our drinks so we asked to cancel them at the end of the meal. I was a bit surprised to see they have multiple locations. We won’t be back. But wish them well.

It was okay. I had the pad Thai, it was very wet. A bit too sweet for me. And a bit over priced from other Thai places I’ve been to. Wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t really worth it either. Service was good, staff were kind.
