The young lady with the accent was very Rude she has grey contacts in her eyes she doesnât need to be in customer service at all she is rude and she act like itâs all about her but hey thatâs what happens when you donât pay employees enough to work.

I arrived at 8:27 pm and the costumer was a little upset because the time I arrived, they are supposed to close at 9 pm but everything was ready to close. I understand that we want to go home as soon as possible but I think it says 9 pm at least good face please, just took 7 minutes to prepare two sandwiches.

I would not recommend went there to order when I got there. I was told they donât take order in store. I have to go online went online to order. The website was down not working and the person that was working on shift Did not do anything I left very dissatisfy like someone is coming to order. Weâre not able to order in-store because they donât do that anymore and then the website is down not allowing me to place my order and I was told thereâs nothing they can do. I would not recommend I am highly upset. I drove so far just to be disappointed.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! I am the owner of the company, with the logo on my shirt, that performs the exterior maintenance for the whole center. I walked in, no one was at the counter, so I walked by and used the restroom. When I came out the Employee, condinsendly, told me not come back unless I'm buying something. I kindly explained that I'm meeting the owner of the property and I just needed to use it real quick. She then continued berate me as I was leaving. This entire encounter was a truly uncalled for and not what anyone needs to deal with at 9am. She needs to just go back to scrolling through the reels on her phone. Whereas, if she's lucky, maybe a self help tutorial will pop up to show how employees should treat customers.
No wonder this business has 3.6 Stars!

Management should look into this.She also tried not to give me what was on my sandwich.Then when I double checked her she gave me more of an attitudeShe gave me attitude last time I came there.Will not be back until sheâs goneShe doesnât know what customer service is
Bad news, although the girl behind the counter, very nice. They DON'T take the Subway coupons, and no sign anywhere stating that fact. SO, you go in, order, and they then give you the bad news. No wonder they only had one girl working there. People on to them not acknowledging Subway National coupons.

This Subway is my favorite one! They do a wonderful job preparing the food! Our subs are always prepared perfectly and taste just right! The ladies that work there are always friendly and do their best to please you. The place is always clean. They work hard to provide great service and keep the place nice. There's a very small, cozy, dining area indoors and a nice, large, patio seating outside. We enjoy sitting outside when the weather is comfortable and especially at nighttime under the moon and stars. Check them out! You won't be disappointed.

As soon as I walked through the door at 7:54 a lady(African American)(so am I) looked at me rolled her eyes I said hello she said what u want I said may I have a second to look at the menu she said cool but when the clock hits 8 Iâm not making you no sandwich I have to go to work in the morning I hurried up and ordered something I didnât really want just so I didnât annoy her anymore than I did I love subway but I most definitely will not back to this location she needs to learn customer service there was an older gentlemen eating when I walked it she hurriedly ranned him out when the clock struck 8pm my God is it that serious. Yes I wonât be back to this location
