I visited my local Subway, and I had an amazing experience as always ! The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. What impressed me the most is how they remember my order every time I walk in. It makes me feel valued as a customer and adds a personal touch to my visits. I also love that the owner, Harry, uses real eggs in the morning, which makes a noticeable difference in the breakfast sandwiches. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this Subway location for both the great food and the exceptional service!

The young lady with the accent was very Rude she has grey contacts in her eyes she doesnât need to be in customer service at all she is rude and she act like itâs all about her but hey thatâs what happens when you donât pay employees enough to work.

I arrived at 8:27 pm and the costumer was a little upset because the time I arrived, they are supposed to close at 9 pm but everything was ready to close. I understand that we want to go home as soon as possible but I think it says 9 pm at least good face please, just took 7 minutes to prepare two sandwiches.

I would not recommend went there to order when I got there. I was told they donât take order in store. I have to go online went online to order. The website was down not working and the person that was working on shift Did not do anything I left very dissatisfy like someone is coming to order. Weâre not able to order in-store because they donât do that anymore and then the website is down not allowing me to place my order and I was told thereâs nothing they can do. I would not recommend I am highly upset. I drove so far just to be disappointed.

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! I am the owner of the company, with the logo on my shirt, that performs the exterior maintenance for the whole center. I walked in, no one was at the counter, so I walked by and used the restroom. When I came out the Employee, condinsendly, told me not come back unless I'm buying something. I kindly explained that I'm meeting the owner of the property and I just needed to use it real quick. She then continued berate me as I was leaving. This entire encounter was a truly uncalled for and not what anyone needs to deal with at 9am. She needs to just go back to scrolling through the reels on her phone. Whereas, if she's lucky, maybe a self help tutorial will pop up to show how employees should treat customers.
No wonder this business has 3.6 Stars!
