This Wendy's was not clean. The tables were all dirty. There were no customers in the place, so it would have been a good time to send an employee out to at least clean the tables. We only had fries and sodas bc we could only imagine how dirty the kitchen was.

Great service. Fast and accurate delivery but he fries were pretty stale.

After I returned the fries. I should’ve checked the pre-made cold burger. Next time ask for no salt therefore fresh fries.💡reheated them stale fries which made them harder and darker but hot. Lol. My dog enjoyed it. 🤦🏽‍♀️won’t get me twice. 👍🏽

12/2/24 Wendy's serving chili with beans and a HINT of MEAT for $3.59 for a large. Shame on this restaurant for not putting
sufficient amount of beef (meat) which is the main ingredient of chili.

The manager was a little rude to me,

I think that if someone is not happy with their job they should not do it.

If you don't love Wendy's then you cut corners. Wendy's is the best when it comes to fast food restaurants. They may be a little more than other local chains. But you get what you pay for. Fresh never frozen beef. (I know because I work on their meat wells) I will continue to support Wendy's both professionally and personally. Because their product far exceeds what you may consider their "Competition"

During my recent visit to the store, I experienced an issue with my order. Despite correcting my order twice at the drive-thru, I received the incorrect items. I decided to go inside to resolve the issue, and the manager, who initially took my order, assisted me. When I attempted to explain the mistake and express my dissatisfaction with the service, he responded with a dismissive tone. Despite my efforts to convey my concerns, he stated that this was simply his usual tone and claimed there was nothing he could do to adjust it. This experience left me feeling disregarded and unsatisfied with the customer service provided.

Wendy's in general is the lowest fast food chain in my humble opinion. This particular Wendy's is sub par even for Wendy's.

Vegetarian options: Be a real man. Eat meat.

Every time I go to this Wendy's it's a issue if you ask for something fresh.
The big dark skin bug eye lady in the window on me for asking for ketchup that was very disrespectful I don't know if I want to spend any more money their customer service sucks the manager is the only respectful one when dealing with customers.

This is the worst location ever. The workers don’t greet guest. It also takes forever to order at the drive thru and inside the venue. These people do not care for there job or customers what so ever. I would drive pass this location if I were dying of thirst
