Let me start of by saying I love Wendy’s food and usually order drive thru. Recently I decided to go inside which opened my eyes how well the restaurant is managed and maintained. Tables were dirty, seats were dirty, the place you get your drink from dirty and to top it off it was just filthy not a place I will eat again. No ketchup, no condiments, it was sad for a Wendy’s to be like that. Staff were plenty all standing around. This place needs a total make over.

No straws or napkins. Forgot my sauce she asked me forNobody at the front counter- stood there several minutes without acknowledgement . Person working was bent over on her phone. She went to get somebodyWho appears to be the boss of the employees- poor boss.Someone patiently waited to ask about a job and she was incredibly rude.

I Ordered a Cold brew with Chocolate Syrup. And stated No CREAM and NO SUGAR. When I received it at the window I notice the color was kind of light. I asked the lady if she put cream in it and she denied doing so.. I said thank you and went on my way. I recall my order on the drive thru screen the Beverage said FCCB which im assuming is their Frosty CREAM Cold Brew. The employee literally lied to my face about the beverage out of laziness for creating my beverage correctly. Worst customer service! This location has the audacity to lie to their customers and obviously can’t get anything right. Good day.
no meat in my chilli, ice in my drinks after I requested on three occasions "No ice please" only half fries in one order .... I wondered why they had a rating of 2 now I know. I gave them a one, will not be returning nor suggesting this location to any one I know... drive a few more blocks for better service and food. Dave would be upset with such poor service. Don't waste your money or time!
