Iām not usually a sugar sissy, but the fritters and glazed donuts are so heavily coated they are rendered inedible. Stick to the cake donuts.

I always have such a great experience at Abbeās in North Port. The woman who works there is consistently friendly, welcoming, and never makes me feel like Iām being a botherāeven when I ask for something a little custom, like a raspberry-filled donut with nothing on the outside. She always makes it with a smile, and if thereās ever been a mix-up in the past, sheās quick to make it right without hesitation.
I actually find myself driving out of my way sometimes to come here instead of going somewhere closer, just because I know Iāll be treated kindly and leave with a good vibe along with my donuts. That kind of service really matters.
The only thing I wish is that the North Port location stayed open as late as some others, because it would make it even easier to stop by more often. But either way, this location is always worth the trip for both the service and the sweets. Highly recommend!
