this place has gone way down. Service was terrible, the wait to place a order unacceptable, didn't have items that were on the menu and had a long wait for food to come out and it was not as good as it once was. there was hardly any customers in the restaurant. All unacceptable. what has happened to this place? It use to be a weekly regular spot for us but not any more.

Just ordered delivery and my 5 year olds meal came with a metal shard in it! Thank GOD i stirred it first

Disappointing lunch at Applebee’s. Hostess was obviously perturbed when we requested a booth. Food has taken a turn for the worse. The chicken wings appetizer were dry, overcooked and were obviously frozen nuggets not wings. Onion soup, which I usually love, was like flavored warm water with more bread and cheese than onions. The quesadillas cheese burger was messy and unappealing.

I just want to give credit where credit is absolutely due. Sydney, the new manager is the type of manager that industries need in order to keep good rapport with customers. I’m not one to usually complain, but I had had a couple of problems with an order (that didn’t really get resolved with other managers I spoke to) and instead of getting defensive and frustrated, she was very professional, empathetic and accommodating! So I just wanted to leave this review as a token of gratitude! Thank you Sydney for kindness and help!

I frequent this Applebee's location quite often
And Coby has been the greatest,very polite and great server.
I havent had many servers that take care of there customers like he does.
