Loretta, our server, was fantastic! She jumped in to help us right away, made sure that our drinks were always refilled, and made sure we were always taken care of. Exactly what you would want with from wait staff. My family loves to eat here.

Orders to go orders for my family tonight, we understand it’s Saturday so it’s going to be a little busier than normal, our order said it would be ready by 5:51pm so my fiancé we at that time to pick it up. He went inside to pick our food up and wasn’t acknowledged, a woman in front of him had been there for 15+minutes waiting for her food that should have already been ready and given to her. He then went back to the car and waited 10 minutes for someone to even come out to ask what order he was picking up. That was the last time in 30 minutes of waiting he was even talked to by a worker. He ended up leaving without our food because he got frustrated. I called after he got home and told them about the experience and all that I was said was “he was told he was second in line to get his order (behind the lady that had already been there 10+ minutes before he got there) and the asked if I wanted to cancel our order. My fiancé wasn’t the only person waiting on a to go order to leave without their food, another person left also because they got tired of waiting as well.

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. Our orders were taken twice and everything was also confirmed several times with the server. We ended up missing some items, and others were food we had not even ordered. The pretzels and chips were way over salted. When we asked for a new plate of chips, they were even worse.

Edited to add: We also paid for a to go order which we never ended up getting because they forgot!

My fries was cold and the order was wrong. He also messed all the orders up even tho he took them twice and was really slow. And the food was all very salty and we asked him to give some new ones and they too were really salty.

Waited nearly an hour for our food, and when brought out was barely warm. Our server was nice enough and apologetic, but did not check on us very often. It was not busy at all and there were many seats available. Other customers had issues as well, and the staff became very confrontational and they had to get a managerl. Very disappointed!!

Worst experience ever and that's my favorite restraunt. The food was cold, staff less than attentive more like argumentative.

Absolutely horrible food was the worse sirloin looked seared the inside was red as their logo the French onion soup had 0 broth and the fettuccini was dry and had no Alfredo the only good thing was the manager and the drinks
