Went into the restaurant with my son who is in a wheelchair and my husband. We were told it would be a 40min wait. We gave my name and went outside to wait. When it was our turn, we were told we'd have to eat outside or at a booth! There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON the hostess couldn't have told us this BEFORE we waited almost 40min only to have to go elsewhere! I sincerely hope management explains to her that people can't always just transfer to a booth and may not want to eat outside. AWFUL customer service!I read the response from the owner. The issue isn't that they couldn't accommodate us, it was the fact that they didn't say anything until after we waited almost 40min for nothing. My son entered the restaurant ahead of my husband and I as we were holding the doors open for him. The hostess saw him in the wheelchair. She did not say a word about our only options of a booth or outside seating only. If she had, we would have nicely thanked her and went elsewhere instead of waiting almost 40min to then have to go elsewhere and wait again on a Friday night. I hope the go over what happened and ensure all employees handle situations like this better in the future.

Lexi P was a phenomenal waitress for me and my fiancé! She greeted us as soon as we sat down and took care of us from start to finish with exceptional service! She was very nice to us and made sure every need we had was satisfied! Will be requesting her every time we are in there! She definitely deserves a raise!

Horrible service. Waited 35 minutes for someone to come by. No one came by. Ended up going up to the bar where all the waitresses were hanging out and asked if someone could come by. One of the waitresses paused for a minute and said “we’ll be with you”. Still no one came after 15 minutes. Ended up walking out. Lost out on a 5 top. Not even busy Horrible service.

Food was great, service was not. I have been coming here almost 15 years, and the food has never let me down. Today, the server let me down. Asked her for lemons twice, ended up asking bartender. We never saw her again after we were served. Had to ask for a server from the hostess. Needless to say the tip reflected the poor service. I'll assume she was new or having a bad day. It won't keep me from coming in, but I had to gripe alittle.
