After waiting 30 minutes in line got my food and an order shake. The shake tastes gross and was melted. On top of that food was colder than room temperature. Nothing about it was fresh. The whopper buns were hard and spongelike.. Typically this locations is on point today completely dropped the ball. When I explained the situation they offered a $5 coupon. Will not give this location any business again. Definitely needs to tighten up. But of course fast food now has gone to the birds with incompetent workers who don't care about their jobs. I guess you get what you pay for . Fast food is not a good option anymore..

I really wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered the new spongebob collab $15.99 meal. At 6:30pm mind you, prime dinner time. This is what I received. A coke slushy melted down, and a cold whopper and cold tots. I didn’t receive the pineapple drink, the spongebob surprise toy or the patrick pie. I’m not understanding why THIS is worth 16 dollars for ONE meal when i didn’t receive majority of the meal. Absolutely horrible. Burger king has always been my favorite fast food option but this is just disheartening. I have a sponge bob loving daughter who is extremely disappointed.

I feel like I need to give a 5 star, this restaraunt has been understaffed since I started going, but that being said the staff that stays is why I keep coming back, im not sure of everyone's names as ive only been in probably 4-5 times, but EVERY SINGLE TIME they have the BIGGEST SMILES! The one time I saw them not in smiles, there was a reason, and they all handled it very well. Will always come back to this location if I want burger king, and thats saying something as an ex employee of one years ago, swore id never go, and this staff got me back.
