You're typical run down not so traditional/authentic Chinese food. The Chicken is always overcooked. overall the food always taste pretty good though. We go here when we've gone everywhere else one to many times. A belly full is a belly full. Definitely not my first choice. But we are fortunate to have the option.

They messed up my order. Ask for no peas, and got peas. We ask for spicy no spice. Food greasy and salty. So we will not be ordering from here anymore. Facility was clean and presentable. The staff was pleasant.

Ordered general tso's chicken. Couldn't read my receipt, very pale. No ink. Order comes out, sesame chicken is what I got. Complained, I was offered spicy sauce on the side. I said no,guy just looked at me. I'll never go to China Palace again!

China Palace in North Port Florida is absolutely HORRIBLE. Couldn’t get help on our $75 order for two meals and 2 appetizers (that was our first mistake, but took a chance). Stale and such a small amount of stale sweet and sour chicken, and 2 orders of crab ragoons with no cheese in them?.
I called China Palace, and they said I needed to call Uber Eats because they delivered our food. Uber Eats did their job, but I tried to call them with no luck.
My mom's house was completely flooded in Tropical Storm Debby. They lost EVERYTHING. I just wanted to spoil her with some hot Chinese food delivery, and it all was crap, with no resolution or support to make it right. I do not recommend China Palace at all. Their food is horrible, and the customer service is even worse.

Yesterday, I called the number from Google and placed an order. 5 mins later I was called back by a 713 area code saying the restaurant was requesting a credit card before they would start making the food. I declined and said I'll order at the restaurant. She sounded disappointed. I get to the restaurant and ask if that was true and they said no. He confirmed I called the right number. And said it hasn't happened to anyone else. My friend in cyber security said it's possible the call got intercepted from someone at the restaurant. So just beware. I called back again to see if the same "3rd" party would answer. I noticed I high pitch tone in the beginning of the call. I hung up, and the 713 area code called again asking if I'd like to place an order.

Went in to order 3 egg rolls. I waited while they were being cooked. I got home, and took them out the bag, and all 3 were hard as rocks, could only eat the inside after pulling off the hard outside. Worse egg rolls ever. I took a video, but can't see where to post it.
