How do you not have any of the 4 different items we wanted for our dinner on a Friday night @7 pm when you are open for another 4 hours. Then make a suggestion on an item that may work out since something else wasn't available and than charge extra for it. Do better chipotle. Best part when asking if we can wait for items to be ready was pretty much told that's not an option and not even sure if more would be available...... seriously

Filthy. Female cashier pulled tray out from under counter at register and it was covered with old smooshed rice and lettuce, she still put our food on it. I got a salad, she maybe put a 1/2 cup lettuce. It's like soup with bits of lettuce. I came to this location 1 other time about 3 years ago and I thought Since I was here I'd give them another chance...fool me once🙄

Not one person spoke English when I enquired about a food ingredient as I have a serious food allergy. We live in America speak English when working with the public!

Hot spot in North Port. We've all heard the horror stories when It comes to Chipotle. But not this Chipotle in North Port. They are on point at this location. 5 stars!

To start I eat here 2-3 times a week order multiple bowls every time. My daughter will only eat rice and beans, I get it in a bowl and now after years of service it’s no longer allowed. Told her to charge me more and she insisted in go into a cup. Then start talking trash about it to other staff members in Spanish, ps people understand Spanish in Florida more than you know. I’ll never eat here again and will advise everyone to stay away as well. Literally been coming here since it opened but never again! Customer service in place is unreal these days! SAD!

Older Hispanic lady was on the phone a really long time and making me wait for my to-go order. I had to ask and get her attention several times. Her English fluency is really bad unless you know you're talking about her and I said she was on the phone the whole time and I had to go back and ask for something because she was too busy talking to whomever. I'm not even really sure if it was a customer or not since she was on the phone so long. Then she gave me an attitude about it when I had to ask someone else for help getting something. Rude. Oh and some other kid here. Last time I was here was holding a tip jar in my face for god sakes. I'm not kidding! After getting harassed by people in the parking lot which I won't go into with their vehicles and doing this thing called rolling coal which is illegal. I probably won't be leaving tips! Also, they did a really awful job of wrapping my burrito. I guess I should mention the corporate how awful this place is.

Whomever decided to only order quesadillas online should be fired. Dumbest corporate stupidity i have seen in a while

Loved this location till they started hiring new staff, One employee with red hair was super rude and unprofessional taking my order and barely put anything in my bowl. Didn’t look at me and said probably 2 words to me and rolled her eyes when I asked for a lid for my bowl.

place was filthy. workers standing around doing nothing. all tables dirty. not crowded. tried to give me salad they threw out after i asked forbes. then tried to add new to the bowl they started with the old wilted greens. i asked for anew bowl. pretty disgusting. place. will not be back.
