Loved this location till they started hiring new staff, One employee with red hair was super rude and unprofessional taking my order and barely put anything in my bowl. Didn’t look at me and said probably 2 words to me and rolled her eyes when I asked for a lid for my bowl.

place was filthy. workers standing around doing nothing. all tables dirty. not crowded. tried to give me salad they threw out after i asked forbes. then tried to add new to the bowl they started with the old wilted greens. i asked for anew bowl. pretty disgusting. place. will not be back.

Wife was eating her bowl as usual, she pauses and looks at me with a disgusted look on her face, she then proceeds to pull out a piece of hair that was intertwined into the piece of meat. She then called the "number" for customer service and was directed to the store, she asked for the manager, manager answers and asks what she could help my wife with.. my wife called the customer service number 3 times and was directed to the manager the 3 other times to get hung up on each time. My wife then went to the location and brought the bowl back so she could show the rude manager and incompetent employees what her food had in it and to get a refund. Enjoy your hairy bowls !

I absolutely love Chipotle. Although, every time I go, they minimize the amount of food they give you. It still is a very nice place to go. Prices range from $6-25

When I went to Chipotle I was super satisfied but now I decided not to go anymore. Very, very little food. When they were adding the meat to me, I took off two little pieces of meat that I had supposedly added too much. It's really stupid, like I'm depressed.
15 dollars so that they are of almost no use to me

I placed my order online for pick up at one time the computer placed the pick up for an earlier time. I called and spoke to someone I don't think they changed it, It was warm but not hot. The guacamole looks old brown & was a little salty, the chips were old.I asked for extra corn didn't get it. The food quality for me was poor. I don't think I'll go back.
