Great location for a food truck. The hot lobster roll was delicious and the fries complemented it well. We arrived later in the day and they were out of coleslaw but gave us extra fries. A little pricey but great food. Four stars because of the price and quantity.

Great food, but Spencer needs to be able to handle a bit of criticism. My wife ordered, pointed out a miscommunication 2x, and we still got charged for the wrong item.I attempted to ask Spencer for a some adjustment on my bill, and I had to repeat myself multiple times without him understanding.His young lady coworkers understood me within seconds, but Spencer continued to remain obtuse.Eventually, I got the issue corrected. I just wanted to pay for and receive what i wanted, not an argument with your employee....Won't be coming back if Spence is working.

Wellen Park's best kept secret. This little Lobster House is the bomb. We found them on a rainy Sunday afternoon. They have really good hot lobster roll and yes it's $24 but it's made to perfection and I dare you to say you didn't get enough lobster for your money.

We ordered the hot lobster roll - no drawn butter, lobster was not warm and had no flavor. We also ordered the fried clam basket - very overcooked and flavorless. Disappointing.

I was looking forward to trying this new spot! I tried twice and it failed both times. The first time I was with my kids. We wanted to try some soup and clam strips. It was advertised as opening at 11 am. It was well after 11 when it opened, it was 11:55 when I went to the window (I was their first customer). I asked about the clam chowder he said they were out. I asked about the clam strips and he offered a hot lobster roll, I declined. Two days later, we came from another restaurant to get some of the clam chowder to go. The same guy and a girl co worker were sitting at one of the tables outside of the establishment. When I walked up to the window they ran back inside. I asked for soup, he explained it would take two hours to make. It was definitely disappointing, we won’t be back!

This place is a mystery. They publish ope hours but if you go they are closed. The advertise fried belly lams but if you go they only have strips. Ridiculous prices. A MUST MISS!

I checked their website because I was looking for whole belly clams. On this particular day they only had clam strips. My wife and I are from New England and wanted to try the Lobster Rolls and Clam Chowder. I know Clam Chowder, and their chowder wasn't New England. It had too much bacon in it. You only use a small amount when preparing. We were disappointed with the Lobster rolls. The lobster was cold, which we wanted, but didn't have enough mayo on it to make it moist. It is also way overpriced. 2 lobster rolls and 2 cups of chowder for $63. We will not be returning. I don't usually write bad reviews, but I had to this time.
