I like Culver's better than your usual fast food fare. Tastes better and appears fresher, but it's still fast food. They bring your food to the table, with a pleasant smile. Of course, don't forget the ice cream.

This place has the best staff atmosphere. I don’t know his name, but the manager with a beard has the best enthusiasm and it rubs off on his employees and diners. I go out of my way to stop here. If you’re having a bad day this guy will turn it around. He really is a top notch human being. And the food is always great I just thought this man was so exceptional that it’s worth writing a review.

I swear I regret doing curbside every time I go. I watch people in the drive through get their food way before me. It doesn't even help if I say I'm there 5 or 10 minutes early because I'm still waiting 15 20 minutes

Having someone out in the drive thru to take orders is really a terrible idea! Can’t see the menu and it backs cars up into the street even worse than if we could use the speaker. The young girl is also standing in the drive at night, that’s not at all safe.

There is a reason this Culver’s has almost 5 stars. The quality of food is par excellence even though you may have to spend a few more pennies here. What I discovered is that if you walk inside the menu display is way better and there is a digital menu at the side with their daily offerings and flavor of the day. I got a jumbo shrimp basket with fries and coleslaw, dinner roll, cocktail sauce and lemon slices for $11.39. Their flavor of the day was lemon cookie crumble and it was the best!!! The dining area is very clean and staff very helpful. I love their offerings.

Do not order from the app to pickup your order. Its 50/50 when it will be ready, and if it will be right. Last time I waited for 15 minutes only to find out my order never went through, at least they refunded me.

This is not the first time probably the fifth time we’ve been in there, and each time it gets worse and worse. This time we ordered onion rings, and they were on edible we brought them home and they were completely burnt in the bag. The burgers were nothing but a sloppy mess. And I also want to point out that why I was standing there waiting for her to go order. I saw the girl drop the fries and she just picked them up. Put them back in the bag and put them on a tray for a customer I will never go back to this Culver’s again. I will travel to another city before I travel to the one in Northport.
