If they get your delivery order wrong they will tell you they are mailing you coupons to replace your order but you will never get them and if you call about it they say they have no record of it very bad customer service

I ordered a pizza and salad. When the delivery driver got to my house he told me that they were out of salads and I was still charged for it. If I wanted a refund I needed to call. I called, the guy on the phone was rude. He told me it's a lot on his end to do a refund and he would have to run it it again then void it so there would still be pending charges for a few days. He said it's better to get a gift certificate. He told me he couldn't email it. He could only send a gift certificate in the mail. I never received the gift certificate. They don't tell you if they are out of an item but still charge you for it. I've had horrible service a few times with this store.

I am very unhappy with my order and the food.I placed an order for pizza for myself and my family. One of the pizzas were supposed to be a Philly cheese steak but it had red sauce on it🤢 I felt my order was rushed because they was going to close at 12 a.m. needless to say this is my 2nd time ordering from here.we are new to north Port..anyways I ordered sausage and pepperoni pizza. Half of the pizza had meat on it. the other half didn't the meat was so big and looked like a big square block 🤦🏽♀ the steak wasn't all over the pizza...🥺 the pizza it self was hard meaning the crust and brunt 🤬. I understand when its time to go its time to go..but making someone food should be the 1st thing you should Make right to order..I would have never sent nobody food out of my store looking like this🤬 I will not be ordering from here again!!! This is why I order from Little Caesars or pizza Hut,Cause you never can go wrong with them...but they was close...

The member working in the store on 9/11/2024 at 3 p.m. has to be one of the rudest associates I've ever encountered. First, when simply going to the location, as I tried to park, one of the drivers started moving forward, driving in the opposite lane as I was clearly trying to park in one of the only available spaces near the store. Then, upon entering, the associate inside was immediately confrontational, trying to deter me from even picking up my order from the store. I simply stated that I was picking up an order scheduled for 3:15. Granted, I came in early, and I expected the order not to be ready, which I made clear in my conversation with the associate. However, instead of checking the system to see if the order was there, he insinuated that I ordered at the wrong location, despite my email confirmation clearly stating 1560 Price Creek Way, North Port, FL 34288. Instead of viewing the confirmation, which I offered to show, he proceeded in a rude manner, leading me to cancel my order entirely. I wouldn't want to get food from people who are ill-mannered toward me, especially when they're the ones preparing it and could potentially contaminate my food on purpose.

The worse dominoes in north port..they lie about pizza being delivered and when i callws the act as if they didnt know..they deliver wrong pizzas and have and attitude when you call for the correction like seriously

I ordered chicken alfredo bowl that was overcooked and crunchy sandwich bread habanero was too hard to eat garlic bites we're too hard to eat very unacceptable I paid $26.36
It has been a while since I had a pizza from Domino's. They used to make a decent pie, but this one was possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. The service was good but the quality of the product is unacceptable at this point. Profit above product leads to disappointed customers. I have never thrown away leftover pizza before but I threw half of this large pizza in the trash. I know I could have taken it back, but to what end, I the ownership starts looking at satisfying the customer over making money I may try them again one day but I will take a grand gesture on their part.

I got my pizza last night & it was the worst pizza I've had in a long time. I go between Pizza Hut & Domino's & after last night's pizza from Domino's, I am going back to Pizza Hut !!! It was so dry & overcooked that it was tasteless. I couldn't even take out a slice because it wasn't cut all the way it just tore the toppings off the other slices !!!
I work too hard for my $$ & I'm on disability so I was treating myself therefore I greatly appreciate the huge disappointment.

I had ordered food from them my order was completely wrong grease all over the pizza coming out the box just looking nasty as heck I spent $23.79 and the man named Dylan which is apparently their manager is trying to tell me that I did not pay my money and that I'm being rude which I'm not I'm just highly upset that I had to starve because I don't eat pork and they messed up my order completely and now they won't sit here and fix it he wants to see a physical card but I paid online with a virtual card so how you going to physically see a card hung up on me and told me that they can't give me their supervisor's number which is quite frankly inappropriate and really upset me as a customer because I'm always ordering from here I got my own and they trying to stay and tell me that I didn't pay and that I'm a liar like you serious that is real disrespectful and Mr Dylan is rude laugh at me n hung up. Why do they have kids working in a place like this. I simply just want my money n yall can come get the pizza.

Tonight we did our Friday pizza and it was delivered by a wonderful and pleasant person named Dan*****. We just wanted to say how much we appreciated the great service and the down to earth personality. You were a nice ending to a crazy day. Oh by the way that vine is called Swiss Cheese Plant, the Monstera adansonii.
