I ordered delivery and ordered two sandwiches and two donuts…i got my sandwiches but no donuts, and it was clearly this locations error because my bag was sealed. I tried to call the location over 5 times and have not gotten a response. I ordered delivery for a reason as i cannot physically go to the store

Made my drink wrong twice after I sent it back. And then argued with me telling me I was wrong when I get the same drink 7 months in a row. Not to mention an iced macchiato is supposed to be handed to me in layers and the drink that I received was completely mixed

Terrible experience. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived, most of the items were sold out. They only had 2 drinks and 2 coffee rolls. The app showed everything as available and never notified me. Very disappointing service.

Always mess up orders. Never toast the bagels after i ASK for it to be toasted and all the people seem miserable and no one smiles. Worst dunkin ive been to.

The attitude of these worker's you would think we were begging or bothering them..she was mad I made threw down our food because she had our order wrong..handed us the food as if we were a burden..like seriously why get a job that is making you so unhappy.. were paying customers

The ladies were lovely and kind to my nephew and I we purchased a dozen donuts. I had a medium hot coffee with cream of sugar, and he had a caramel iced coffee service was great.

Dunkin Donuts used to have good donuts. Hadn't been in years. Won't go back.

Publix has better donuts. Abbe's has better donuts.

Gotta love quick turnaround times on your order! I went through drive-thru, placed my 2 dozen, a large box of doughnut holes and 4 large frozen hot chocolate order and they passed it out the window like they had been waiting me to pull up!

Kids loved it all and devoured before lunch time…but the drinks were gone in 10 minutes! Highly recommend the frozen hot chocolate’s!!

This is by far the worst Dunkin my bf and I have been to. They constantly get orders wrong. This morning we went to get two coffee and sandwiches and were told there was no eggs. Fine that's okay we get it but when we got our coffee there was no milk in either and they failed to give the cold foam we asked for. When we were going to go back to complain we realized we were never given a receipt. We arent Starbucks people but after multiple experiences with this Dunkin not delivering what we ordered and payed for we won't be back.

What a disappointing experience. Every time I come to this location, there’s always something messed up - either the order or service. This time I felt compelled to share because it was just…. just unbelievable really.
The first thing that happened was my order was incorrect. I asked for 2 particular items, but when the order came up only 1 was there. Before I even walked back to the table, I needed to let staff know that 1 was missing or if I wasn’t charged for it, I need another.
“Excuse me maam” at the girl standing right in front of me. No response. So I said it again… absolutely NO acknowledgement. When I finally said “Excuse me”, instead of saying “I’ll be right with you” or “just one moment”, I received the rudest finger, you know the the one where you put your index finger up like ☝🏻and then used the same finger to point at the donut box in front of her.
Oh……it made me so mad! When she was finally done doing whatever, she looked at me expecting me to just speak. I told her I wasn’t sure what happened but i only have 1 of the 2 items i ordered. “That’s because you only paid for ONE”- she’s lucky- that’s all I gotta say.
I ended up having to go pay for the one that wasn’t rang up properly and that was the end of it, so I thought.
The last item came up, I grabbed the bag and made my way outside. Realizing I had the wrong lid for my drinks, I went back inside and asked for the flat lids instead of the bubble lids.
The one clerk was having a personal conversation with the other clerk when I walked up- it took them a good 10 seconds to acknowledge me and when I said what I needed, they continued their conversation as she slowly walked to the lid area more interested in her conversation with the other employee than giving me what i needed.
I will not be coming back. It’s almost worth paying the extra 2$ to go to Starbucks where they actually get the order right, treat you with kindness and professionalism, and know their manners.
I would be stupid to think y’all even care about this review bc you didn’t even care when I was giving you my hard earned $$ but I hope that someone who was thinking about going here sees it and THEY care.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, especially if your day is affected by rude staff or you want your item made a certain way. Chances are they are out if it.
