The Dunkin on White Ibis Drive in North Port was always my favorite Dunkin. As of late it has become the worst Dunkin. In the month of November 2024 every single item on every visit to the store was made wrong. The store has also became very slow with excessive wait times. Last week I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. When I finally got my drinks and food it was all cold. The sandwich I ordered was missing the top bagel and the latte was made completely wrong. When I took the items back into the restaurant and told them the problems, they said they had dropped the top of my sandwich on the floor so that’s why the top bagel was missing. Not sure why they dIdn‘t just make another. They did remake the entire order without complaints so that was a positive. Although 3 out of my last 3 visits were made wrong. Started going to other location as of today.

Love this dunkin. The staff is great & friendly. My coffee always taste good, compared to others that seem to always mess them up. & i go here 5-6 days a week. Tera is a great addition to managing this location.

Love that we have a Dunkin location but often staff changes and the lines often are slower I hope they update their sign to show all the new stuff that is available

Apparently when you order 25 munchkins, 18 is an acceptable amount to be given. Didn’t get what I paid for. If I could give negative stars I would.

Probably the best Dunkin I've ever been too. The drive through churns through people even during a rush and the inside is always fast to get service because unlike other Dunkins I've been too they actually have enough staff to run the drive thru as well at the inside at the same time. And never gotten an incorrect order here before. Awesome staff!
