Seriously just waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes while all the girls where standing around in a group chatting and ignoring the long line. All wearing headsets to theres no way they did not gear us saying hello.. This owner had no idea what they are doing or how to have proper management to keep things like this from happening.

They are CONSTANTLY out of staple items. Give you garbage you don't want instead of asking what you'd like instead or refunding your money and really couldn't care if they screw up your order or inconvenience you.

Waited in drive thru at the ordering box for 10 minutes just to pull around thinking maybe the box is broken but instead was told that my truck didn’t set off some sort of button for them to talk to me and to go back in line with 10 cars waiting.This Dunkin’ Donuts has given me another bad experience. Haven’t been to this location over a year but didn’t feel like driving to the next. Sadly to say we will never come here, I’d rather get a gas station donut before considering this location.

Literally got nothing in my order right other then my donut and was too lazy to put all the syrups and whipped cream all the works look old and autistic honestly needs to rehire the staff.
Food was horrible. Got an avacado toast that was on stale toasted bread. Hard as a rock.

I ordered a hot vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I pulled out of the driveway I took a sip of it and it tasted like they just poured milk into a cup. It was so cold. For the money I spent on it I could have just bought a gallon of milk. I tried calling to maybe see if I can either get another one or reimburse but nobody ever picked up the phone.

9 times out of ten the order is wrong! Examples I’ll have a vanilla cream powder donut , get a chocolate covered donut with vanilla inside. Next day I’ll have a small Carmel ice coffee three creams three Carmel NO!!!! Sugar what do I get TWO Sugars!! Even when you tell them how to make it. My sister will never go back with the service she received, and I’m thinking about doing the same!

I went at 10am....completely out of donuts....Next day go at 7:45am. Ordered on the app and picked out each donut for the dozen I was being. Got it to work wasn't even what I ordered.Tried again the next day (I'm trying to be hopeful and having donut cravings) I order 3 donuts (2 powered and 1 vanilla with sprinkles) again order on the app. I get to the window. This is at 8:05am and they are out of vanilla donuts. Okay I'll have another powered donut. Of yours are the last 2... are you freaking kidding me.4th day... picked up at around 8am AGAIN finally got all the options I ordered.Get your donuts together. You know how many people you server on a weekday. Plan accordingly with your donuts. Not even buys them at 6am. So annoying. Still waiting on my refund for the completely wrong dozen donuts.
