Coffee roast is very bland not much flavor. They burn the milk when making lattes, way over proper temp. Could use training on proper coffee making. If you're not a coffee enthusiast then you won't notice.

love their coffee and the people that work in the store are mostly nice. but they really should not have gotten into the delivery game. They do not know how to package drinks. They not know how to package food. I literally spent $14.99 on a delivery fee for coffee and the coffee was spilled all over the place. I just cannot give them my delivery business anymore. What a waste of my time on my money.

Plants Over Animals
First time here and absolutely enjoyed our visit, such a fun vibe here and loved the aesthetic and industrial look. Plenty of seating to just hang out, nice employees, good coffee, breakfast and pastries! I’ll definitely stop by again!
Don’t bother. You’ll end up disappointed. This was my last attempt at giving this place a chance, and unfortunately, I was once again disappointed. Every time I visit, the employees give off an impression that they don't want to be bothered. Today, I specifically went in for an espresso milkshake, but the lady behind the counter informed me that she wasn't sure if the blender was working. I kindly asked if she could check, and she went to the back to speak to another employee. Eventually, they both came back and assured me that the blender was working, and they proceeded to make my milkshake while whispering among themselves.To my dismay, the milkshake turned out to have the consistency of milk rather than a real milkshake. You would think she would realize this as she was pouring it into the cup. As I could tell they were not happy to be at work, I didnt bother asking for another one. My order went straight to the trash.It's such a shame because the area and concept of this place are great. However, it is clear that the employees need to be replaced and properly trained. This was my fourth attempt to give this place a chance, and each time I have left disappointed.

$6 for an iced coffee that took 25 min to “make”. They “ran out of food” at 9am of a Saturday too. Yikes. Price gouging the retirees with overwhelmed staff. No sign of management anywhere. Could be a great spot but it’s not.

I got an iced raspberry rose tea with lemonade and it was very watered down. I asked the barista if she can make it stronger to taste, and she made the next one even more watered down. To this point, I just took it and threw it away somewhere else because I don’t think she knows how to make it correctly so I went to Starbucks instead. please teach your baristas to properly make drinks.
