just picked up an order for 3 cheese Howie bread, it was garlic bread, and deluxe combo sub, only had fixing in the center of sub, also requested sub sauce and pizza sauce and got neither. employees need to learn to read the orders correctly

Absolutely beyond pissed. Ordered delivery after just getting back from long travel just for the delivery people to leave my food on the ground outside without knocking or ringing the door bell. My food was so full of ants! And to top it off the MANAGER said the best he can do is offer me a refund. Pissed! Thanks a lot for no dinner and a mess to clean up!

The location was unfortunately very unclean, which made the dining experience quite uncomfortable. Although the associate assisting me was friendly and polite, his clothing appeared extremely dirty, which further affected my impression of the place. It was difficult to enjoy my meal due to the overall lack of cleanliness. I won't be going back.

Received my pizza and had a weird taste in my mouth flipped my pizza over and was met by a repugnant black residue on my pizza. And it was throughout the whole entire box. Y’all need to clean your oven.

⭐ If I could give this location a -0, I absolutely would.

This was hands down the most disgusting and unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with any pizza delivery company.

I placed an order totaling $130. When my order was delivered, I immediately noticed two missing items: a 2-liter Mountain Dew and an order of wings. I called the store to report it, only to be told they couldn’t redeliver the missing items because they were “about to close in 30 minutes.”

As I tried to explain my frustration, I was hung up on.

I called back to ask how the issue would be resolved and was told, “You’ll get a refund,” followed by another hang-up. No apology. No explanation. Nothing.

Then the next morning—July 7—I wake up to find that instead of being refunded, I was charged an additional $116. My bank confirmed this was a real charge, not a pending transaction or refund adjustment.

I called the store again and spoke with Chris, who said the manager would call me back. After waiting 30 minutes with no call, I called again and was met with a sarcastic, dismissive attitude that made things even worse.

At no point was I rude, used profanity, or yelled. I was understandably upset, but remained respectful. Yet I’ve received no refund, no resolution, and no apology—just more hang-ups and disrespect.

If this is how the manager behaves, it’s no wonder the staff acts the same way. There is zero customer service, accountability, or care at this location.

I will never order from here again and strongly recommend others do the same. The way this entire situation was handled is appalling.

I went to hungry Howie's two nights ago it was 10 minutes so close and then they said they could not serve me wow I think that was really b******* then I went to Domino's next door and got a pie no problem

Horrible experience, brought my 83 year old grandpa and they started swearing at him and calling him names. They brought out our pizza an hour late and got mad when we called them out for it. 0/10 experience, never come here if you want decent food on time.

2 times in a row my pizza was incorrect and missing items… save your money

We spend a lot of money 💰 there and $70 on one particular day our order was made incorrectly was told to return the food and I would receive a free 2 liter for the inconvenience that's the best the can do because they have so many complaints and they get in trouble with the owner for making so many mistakes well maybe if they were more customers oriented and focused on making the food correctly they would not get into trouble with the owner than expecting the customers to just accept the crappy incorrectly prepared food that is served so that they don't get in trouble with the owner
