Ordered online. Should've taken 20 mins. Instead, it took an hour.When I went to pick up my order, there was a person pacing angrily in the corner of the store, and about 10 people angrily waiting for their food. I get it. People call in. It's life, it happens. However, judging by other reviews here, this was NOT a "one-off" situation. It's a habit at this location.Also, my cheese bread was burned.If I could give negative stars, I would.Avoid at all costs. There is a Domino's next door. Just save yourself the heartache and go there instead.

I wish I could give negative stars. We ordered because they do delivery and didn't want to leave the house. We ordered in the app. Ordering was a breeze. But apparently they have no clue what food you can order online versus what they actually sell.. we ordered a Buffalo Mac and cheese and it's suppose to come with Howie bread so I didn't order an extra thing of Howie bread I was gonna eat my husband side he was suppose to get. We got our food about a 50-60 waiting for delivery due to them not actually having any delivery drivers and having to rely on door dash drivers. We called the store to let them know we didn't get bread. They were apologetic and offered to make us some but we'd have to go get it or refunding us the bread. But when I asked how they were going to do that because it was part of getting another item. The shift manager began to get rude and tell me the Buffalo Mac and cheese does NOT come with bread. I tried to explain that it does and that I'm looking at the app where it says it does! He continued to pretty much call me a liar. I eventually got mad and louder (I don't like being called a liar in any way) he yelled something and hung up. Poor management. Horrible customer service and you don't even know what you sell!!!! I have photo proof I'm right and your an idiot.

Sat on hold for 30 minute to order my preganwife a pizza in her hormonal rage.This place is trash.And after sitting on hold for 30 minutes they disconnected/hung up.Call back. And guess what?Leaving me on hold for another 30 minutes.Never ever ordering Hungry Howies again.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting that the public use! If the bathroom is nasty I can only imagine what the back looks like!!!

I would usually give this place a very positive review, but the last two pizzas I've gotten were lousy. The toppings were all unevenly-distributed, the crust was undercooked and the cheese was half melted off onto the surrounding box. Food quality is dropping like a lead balloon of late. One more experience like that and they will lose me as a customer permanently.
