FYI…. Train your employees (the manager) to change gloves after cashing out customers and looking at cell phone prior to touching food. Nasty…nasty …nasty

Worst service I've experienced from a sandwich shop. Took 40 minutes to make a gluten free sandwich while half the staff plays on their phones.

Horrible service... my son and I went into Jersey Mike's and my son ordered a sub. I went to order my sub and the person behind the counter decided to take the customer's order behind me. Not once did he ask about what I wanted or was I done. Don't waste your time going to this Jersey Mike's.

Entirely incorrect order. Had to order delivery as my vehicle was flooded. Offered a free replacement for "next time".

This has to be the WORST experience of a sandwich shop I have ever had. My family and I went in to get sandwiches for lunch, and after being completely ignored for 20 minutes we were asked aggressively if we have already ordered as we stood in front on the same person who watched us come in the door.
(BTW his name is Dominick and he is obviously on drugs, due to his glossy eyes, slow demeanor and delayed response to any stimulus)
After placing our orders for our sandwiches, we then had to endure ANOTHER 30 minute wait while we watched about 4 other incidents occur from other patrons. Once it was our turn to communicate with this person, we ended up having to yell at each other just to get the info absorbed into his thick skull. For reference, the environmant wasn't loud enough to warrant the volumes we were speaking at. Also, at no point in time did I hear a greeting or apology from anyone as to the state of the employees' attitudes.
Once we were about to obtain our sandwiches, Dominick decided to not only forget our 3rd sandwich in the order but once he was reminded, decided to inform us AT THE END that the bread we asked for was out of stock (which is wierd because the sandwich was already assembled right in front of us)
I asked if we would be talking more sbout this issue once it was presented to me, and Dominick told me very aggressively, "No! We aren't talking about it."
So I then tried to get some info regarding your location so I could report a formal complaint, and I was given a blank paper bag and a statement to "go online and find the info."
....
The only person worth their weight there that I saw was the manager Mike. Considering the circumstances, I feel he was handling things to the best of his ability, but that Dominick kid is holding the entire franchise location back from thriving the way it should be. You guys have good food and it's a crying shame to be reporting about your staff. But the sooner Dominick leaves the sooner you will get 3 loyal customers back. I know for a fact I'm nor the only one who feels this way.
I just don't understand why any good business owner would want to have their business ran like that.

I’ve had a few subs in my time, but this one is different in a good way. it’s clean, tasty, flavorful and made before your eyes. I had the chicken salsa verde. I’ve had subs before at other establishments where I either got sick afterwards or the meat didn’t seem real and I had to throw it away. But here, If you want a fresh sub, in a few minutes, this is where you should go. Nice staff and very clean space.

Restaurantji Recommends
I have been to many Jersey Mike’s, today’s visit was by far the best experience I’ve had. This was the first time I’ve ever been to this location. The employees were extremely friendly, I didn’t feel rushed and they remembered exactly what i wanted when I ordered it and accommodated my special requests. The restaurant was also so immaculate … I’ve never seen a Jersey Mike’s so clean. Thank you for an amazing experience!

$18 sub. I ordered it with all the veggies including banana peppers, pickles and jalapeños. My wife went and picked up our order. When she got home I opened up my mostly meat and cheese sandwich. It had hardly any lettuce and very little of any of the other vegetables. I would not recommend Jersey mikes in northport.
