I can’t believe that all the times I’ve had desserts from Just A Bite, I’ve never written a recommendation. From macarons to cake pops to chocolate chip cookies to chocolate pretzels to her amazing puddings, I’ve never had something that was not the best I have had from Traci’s company. Her flavors are always spot on. Everything is made to perfection. You can’t go wrong. She makes everything with pride and love.
After many many months of following Just a bite, we were finally able to try her desserts. Friday we went home with her heath bar brownies. These are perfect on their own but absolutely perfect for a warm brownie hot fudge ice cream sundae. I'm not a fan of anything pretzels but her caramel chocolate pretzels were like eating home made Twix bars with a twist. We decided on a combo of raspberry and peanut butter macarons were DELICIOUS. Consistency is the best we've had...
Called from out of state to see if they could make and deliver a cake for my son's birthday. Traci was great to work with and she made a creative cake which my son just loved. She went out of her way to be very accommodating . Would order from her again should another opportunity arise.
