The food was mediocre. Colonel Sanders must have lost some of those 21 spices because the original chicken was severely lacking in flavor. Service was slow, they ran out of biscuits, and you would have had to wait 20 minutes. Service was good but could be better, and the restaurant showed poor maintenance with black mold on the beverage fountain.

I've been to this KFC three times the first two times the Chicken was fantastic, this last time I couldn't even eat the chicken, every piece was like gristle, I had to thrown it out. I'm not sure if I'll ever go back there, and I've always loved KFC.

SHERONA. If I could do negative 5 stars I would. I went in the drive thru today the girl that took my order was very unprofessional I ordered 3 things and was at the mic for Less than 20 seconds but yet I was rushed ive worked fast food myself and have never seen such bad service after every word I said she said “is that it” over and over again. At the window my total was 23.19 I was grabbing exact change which took me about 5 seconds while she is standing there shaking my drink. She told me they are making the chicken it’s gonna be 8 minutes I told her okay while she rolls her eyes . She told me to pull forward so I did. The car behind me was an older lady and sherona. The horrible worker starts yelling the total to the older lady over and over again. I had to wait 20 minutes for my food after being told it would be 8 minutes. I will never be going here again as long as they have employees like this.

Do not recommend $55 for 8 chicken meal , two large sides. They gave me large containers with small size portions. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Will never order from there again. Take advantage of people who get delivery.

Ordered online a family pack for 30 dollars chicken bucket and nuggets with two sides…got to the store 15 past when it said it would be ready online and was still pulled to the front of the store to wait on my food when they brought out the food drove from north port back home to port Charlotte to get home and be missing all my nuggets. I called the store and was told to come back and they would double my nuggets order for the trouble..got back to the store and once again pulled to wait again for my nuggets..waited 15 more mins went inside to get my order and was only given the original 12 count I ordered and not the 24 I was promised for my trouble..not to mention the whole family pack at this point has been sitting an hour and is cold..no one even offered to replace the meal or anything they all just looked at me like I was crazy and walked off…don’t recommend going there at all staff is rude and have no idea what customer service is
So over all these chicken places thinking they got golden nuggets.

This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it's 5 stars and other times it's 1. Depends on who's working. The decor is fun and the store normally clean, although the soda fountain is usually dirty. They're generous with sauces if you ask. The cashier is normally friendly. The problems are that sometimes they throw everything in the bag carelessly and can be stingy on the sides. You order a large mac n cheese and it comes maybe 40% full for example. It's also fairly overpriced for what you get in general.

The workers are more worried about a worker off the clock who came in after we arrived. Rushed her food out, for free. Rude when they passed our food through them standing at the counter. Worker was rude and huffed when asked for items we asked for when we ordered and more worried about her phone.
