Used to be good pizza but has had a steady decline. When I order pizza to be delivered they do not knock or ring doorbell to be notified of delivery (and it is not a contactless delivery). Always tip $10 for delivery. And the pizza is never as ordered. Used to be good pizza with good service but very disappointed. Ordered extra cheese and a large pizza and they gave us a medium pizza in a large box with barely any cheese.

Well, we had a pretty good run. Looks like I’ll be moving on somewhere else. Over the first half of 2024, I would add dipping sauces to my order and they would not be included in the order as it was delivered. It took me three attempts to rectify that oversight. Last pizza before this one had almost 3 inches of crust around the toppings. This order sat for almost a half hour before it was picked up for delivery. It arrived barely warm. The experience of dealing with Marco’s has declined markedly. Half the time delivery is done by one of the food delivery apps. It’s a shame too because I really like Marco’s menu, but if it can’t be delivered in a timely manner, and if the order can’t be correct, then there’s no point. There are a lot of places to spend my hard earned money. Customer service is where there is a difference. I’ll be trading with someone else for a while.
Fast forward to today, November 20, 2024. For my grandchildren‘s birthday today I ordered two large pies. It took almost 40 minutes from the time it came out of the oven to travel approximately 3 miles and then when it arrived, apparently some hard turns were made during the delivery process Sliding slices on top of other slices of pizza. And I got shorted on the dipping sauce again. $50 later, it hasn’t gotten any better.

I love Marco's. That is my place for great food and great prices. They even have better prices and so affordable. I love the Pepperoni Magnifico. It's all good and easy to order by phone, online or app. Also you can walk in for picking up a delicious appetizer or meal.

Today I went to this place for the first time and ordered a pizzoli which was delicious, but... the service of one of the employees left a lot to be desired. She was a bit rude when giving me my order and said something to the cashier which I couldn't hear. You really should be careful with the people you hire so that the customer wants to come back to your pizzeria.

We usually order from Marcos Pizza in Venice and have never been disappointed. Today I called to order a pick up order from the north port and I am not impressed- 1st whomever took my order almost didn’t wait for me to finish placing my order, didn’t even take my name down nor gave me the total- 2nd I get there, pick order take him home and when I opened it the 1st thing I noticed is that they use Can mushrooms- not fresh mushrooms like they do in Venice. I took my 1st bite (tasteless) not a hint of flavor- totally opposite of the pizzas I’ve order from Marcos pizza in Venice- Also the boneless wings were just flour and rubbery meat- Won’t be ordering from this location anytime soon- I’ll stick with Pizza Hut if in North port
UGH if I could give 0 I would! Placed an online order for 4pm delivery. At 4:15 I called the store and a girl answered and I asked for a status on our pizza as it was for 4pm. I can understand a few minutes early or late on a prescheduled order. She said "I think it's on the way." I then asked can you please confirm as I ordered AND PAID/TIPPED already for it and it's not here. She then said "yeah it's on the way." ..... crickets.... nothing... No sorry ma'am, let me see where they are, how about a coupon, or acknowledge that my pizza is late. Nope. THEN it arrives at 4:20 something and is luke-warm at best. It is just a cheese pizza, like how can you screw that up....it was dry, rubbery and nasty. No one ate it. What a waste. Pizza Hut delivers on time and it's always hot.... sorry Marcos, this was the last straw. The food is subpar and your customer service is HORRIBLE.
