Used to get Hungry Howie's once a week but this pizza is way better.. a little more expensive but completely worth it. Also, buy on Tuesday for the buy one get one free deal! Great pizza!

Came in to get a pizza decided after looking at the screen menu on ordering a deluxe calzone only to be told they dont make calzones at this location ,which is fine but it would be nice if they took it off the screen menu,so now we are left to order a pizza which was not our first choice. However, we decided on getting a Pizza 14 inch Pizza is over $20. That it just seems a little insane to me. Not to mention they have one person working. This location between preparing pizza and answering phones. Poor girl is so overwhelmed..

I just literally got off the phone with the so-called manager at this location to find out what was going on with my order and he gives me a lame excuse saying that there was a mistake with the order yet they did not have the decency to call me to let me know that there was an issue with my order being delivered. He kept on giving me excuse after excuse after excuse and treated me as if I’m a problem. Then he had the nerve to call me a ma’am when I’m a sir. This will be the last time I do business with this place and I suggest anyone else that orders food from this particular location to find another Marco‘s Pizza. There is another one in Port Charlotte order from them from now on.

At this pizza place and waiting to pay while they’re working and I’m observing them stroking the raw pizza without gloves. Them boxing deliverable pizzas while scratching their face, nose etc…yet no gloves on. No concept of cleaness! I lost my apetite at this point and left.

Ordered for delivery, marked as delivered. We have cameras and dogs no one ever came here. Person on phone tried to argue that driver was here, will no longer deal with them in the future. You would think if you deliver and don't hand food to customer you would take a picture.

Used to be good pizza but has had a steady decline. When I order pizza to be delivered they do not knock or ring doorbell to be notified of delivery (and it is not a contactless delivery). Always tip $10 for delivery. And the pizza is never as ordered. Used to be good pizza with good service but very disappointed. Ordered extra cheese and a large pizza and they gave us a medium pizza in a large box with barely any cheese.

Well, we had a pretty good run. Looks like I’ll be moving on somewhere else. Over the first half of 2024, I would add dipping sauces to my order and they would not be included in the order as it was delivered. It took me three attempts to rectify that oversight. Last pizza before this one had almost 3 inches of crust around the toppings. This order sat for almost a half hour before it was picked up for delivery. It arrived barely warm. The experience of dealing with Marco’s has declined markedly. Half the time delivery is done by one of the food delivery apps. It’s a shame too because I really like Marco’s menu, but if it can’t be delivered in a timely manner, and if the order can’t be correct, then there’s no point. There are a lot of places to spend my hard earned money. Customer service is where there is a difference. I’ll be trading with someone else for a while.

Fast forward to today, November 20, 2024. For my grandchildren‘s birthday today I ordered two large pies. It took almost 40 minutes from the time it came out of the oven to travel approximately 3 miles and then when it arrived, apparently some hard turns were made during the delivery process Sliding slices on top of other slices of pizza. And I got shorted on the dipping sauce again. $50 later, it hasn’t gotten any better.

I love Marco's. That is my place for great food and great prices. They even have better prices and so affordable. I love the Pepperoni Magnifico. It's all good and easy to order by phone, online or app. Also you can walk in for picking up a delicious appetizer or meal.

Today I went to this place for the first time and ordered a pizzoli which was delicious, but... the service of one of the employees left a lot to be desired. She was a bit rude when giving me my order and said something to the cashier which I couldn't hear. You really should be careful with the people you hire so that the customer wants to come back to your pizzeria.
