After multiple attempts, this specific store has not once gotten my order right. This is over a period of several months. The staff is incredibly rude. At the drive through you are greeted with a “what do you want”. Charming. The staff consistently argues with customers and is exceedingly unprofessional. Not sure how the current management is still in a job there. Today I witnessed an employee raising her voice at a customer because she was trying to give the customer the wrong order. Outrageous. To anyone wanting to go here, just go to the Burger King on Toledo blade instead.

I waited in line with no one else the at the drive thru for several minutes when someone else pulled up to the other station, ordered and was served before me and no-one ever took my order so i drove away. This has happened multiple times at this mcdonalds

Spanish girl at the first window working on Easter was a complete disrespectful person. She needs to find a new job. I can't believe her attitude . Wish I would of caught her name. She asked me at the window what am I doing just sitting there my car wouldn't start for a minute. I apologized and her nasty attitude showed right through. I will never return to this location again. If I do and she's working a few kind words will be said and to the management for hiring people like that.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes while the girl took orders of 3 cars in the other lane, that all got there way after me. Drove straight to the window after that to ask what was going on, but the girl just gave me attitude. Not even the slightest apology or nothing. Atrocious customer service

They recently redesigned the interior and it’s slightly smaller than the old design they had.It’s likely due to be better optimized for a speedier drive-thru service and to handle mobile orders better. I highly recommend always using the McDonalds mobile app for your ordering! More money saved and you’re in and out much faster.Parking: It’s a bit small of a parking here, but it works out because it never feels overcrowded inside. For employees though, a few more spaces for them would have been good.

Normally when i come to the store for curbside my food is fresh but for some reason today I order 2 Big Mac one with no pickles the other with extra and a large fries. Upon receiving food I drove off to enjoy a day at the park and when I got to the park I look in my bags my large fried looks like a Med size and they were old. Second both my Big Mac the meat was broken in piece and place in the sandwich falling apart we didn’t get to enjoy are food with mostly half the burger fell to the ground in piece from one bit.

Ordered a Big Mac meal. ( drive through)Found Big Mac box open and sandwich on bottom of bag as if it was just thrown into bag. If that wasn’t bad enough only got half of my fry’s. So sad management has no control or just don’t care about
